So initially, I came into this bar at 11 PM and people around North Attleboro told me that this bar closes at 3 AM and this is my first time ever coming into this bar and I thought to myself I just got off of work from a 12 hour shift and thought to come by and decompress before I come home have a couple drinks and have dinner and then until the blonde lady told me that it was five minutes that the kitchen was going to close and I said oh that’s OK no problem I will just stick with my drink, but she insisted I order anyway, so I did. I ordered a burger and fries and she looked a little bit ticked off. Maybe she was tired because it was close to closing which I didn’t know that the bar closes at 1am. I thought they close at 3am because people told me that they close at 3 AM, but anyways, I’m drinking my drink and I get my burger and people start talking to me and I am having a decent time because of the customers but then I wanted to talk to the waitress about a few things and she was giving me an attitude and I know it was close to closing but I was not aware that the bar closes at 1am. I’m just a new customer and new to the neighborhood and I think she could tell that I was new because I’m not a usual customer but I felt like she could’ve been more polite especially to new people like myself. Hopefully I can talk to the owner of the restaurant or bar or whatever this business is and square things out because I wouldn’t mind coming here the customers seem nice to talk to but the bartender seem to be not polite maybe to there usuals but not to new people like myself I’m a business owner myself and make decent money with what I do and I usually tip bartenders top dollars because of the work they do I only tipped her $5 because of how she treated me she would’ve gotten at least $45 if she would’ve treated me nicer but it is what it is. I hope the owner sees this review and takes it into action and I will be contacting the owner at some time about this customer service for sure. Food was tasty and ok. The atmosphere was meh, tv's everywhere, decor was cool. We were here on a Wednesday night at 7 pm. There was 1 waitress for about 5 tables worth of diners, 2 bartenders for 5 bar patrons...
Probably our one and only visit. We'd rather spend $40-50 bucks amd get more for our money and better/friendlier service. The waitress lacked any personality that would have added to the experience, to lead us to return for a second try.
We go to the rest. next door alot and we always poke our head in here or look at the outdoor menu board, and usually say, nah... today we decided to go in finally. We ordered drinks and I realized we never looked at any reviews, oops... after reviewing the mixed reviews, I got nervous maybe we had made a mistake!
We asked the waitress what was good and she gave the standard "everything" I actually said "really?" outloud... so she made some recommendations about popular dishes, we asked what she liked and she offered buffallo Mac n' cheese not on the menu but always available.
She made no suggestions or request if we wanted an appetizer either. No offer of a refil on my soda, no offer to-go cup on the other soda. We would've got dessert (only because we weren't actually full from our meals) but it was just listed out on a crumpled paper which didn't...
Read moreSome of the worst services we have ever received. Ordered an app drinks and meals. It took 3 attempts to confirm a drink we ordered until the bartender was involved to finally understand it (It was simply a spirit on the rocks). Recived 1 entree within 20 minutes. Took another 30 minutes to receive our app and another entree. After an hour, I finally asked what was going on with the last entree, and the server claimed we she didn't get an order. I could believe 5 up until this point. It was extremely obvious she was avoiding our table checking on the ones before ours but never checking in with us. I also caught many instances where she was just leaning on the counter rather than following up on our orders or checking in with us. I'm not sure if this is her first serving job, but I'd recommend writing orders down if you cannot remember them. It took multiple attempts for the server to take our orders and return and confirm them. Then, once again, after checking to see if they had the special we asked for, and then again returning to tell us they didn't have the special. An hour and a half later, we all finally have our food. The second round of drinks also took an eternity. We would not normally be this harsh, but after SO many mistakes and no attempt to resolve them, nor any accountability. An apology is fine, but you should take steps to repair the issue, not just apologize and hope for the best. Needless to say, we will never return...
