Fox's Pizza Den Belle Vernon — Restaurant in North Belle Vernon

Updated review as of 2023 since my initial review was 7 years old and no longer appicable. We hadn't ordered for some time based on those past experiences, but order at least once a month now. The shop has always been clean whenever you go in to pick up an order. While I prefer online ordering, if it is down, the employees who have answered the phone have been very pleasant. And the gentleman who delivers (I believe he has white or gray hair in a ponytail and a beard) is so friendly! If you haven't tried them recently due to past negative reviews, please consider giving them another shot.

Ordered 2 Strombolis with Pepperoni, Sausage&mushrooms and it was undercooked, very doughy and Not Hot. Neither was wrapped in foil. Spoke with the manager and she said they were told they didn't have to wrap them and they were sent thru the oven. Did not apologize, did not offer a refund, even after I told her I was not happy and I did not want them! Horrible customer service! I order the exact same thing from the Roscoe location almost every Friday and they are always exceptional (which I also told the manager). I will never order from this location again! I was surprised to see the survey score so low as I always have such amazing service here! The pizza is absolutely fantastic and it’s done pretty quick! So much flavor!!!
