Can't complain. The food is always good. All staff are polite and friendly. They are really trying to make the customers feel welcome & happy. I have food delivered to my house once a week and tipped the delivery guy all the time. While a tip is customary not obligatory, not leaving a tip for the delivery person is rude. So, if you don't want to leave a tip, getting out of cozy house and driving in inclement weather for pick up instead .Olivia Richardson’s review is chilling. improbably, the case that those two dollars would really hurt you. When the restaurant establishment value the customers with free side orders and free delivery service, most people will show appreciation. A couple dollars didn’t make the delivery guy lucky & rich. Maybe he would have hoped Miss Richardson was at the door, so you could save a few dollars. If you thought the driver would have ridiculed you for that, you were either miserly or feeling of inferiority. Perhaps it was not nice that the delivery guy was joking for tips. On the other side, people also will realize what kind of person she is after reading her reviews. Threatening,”l will be spreading the word about this everywhere I can.” You already did. Seriously!!! We just ordered delivery and my boyfriend signs the receipt from a debit card charge not leaving a tip on the receipt as he was going to give a cash tip and the delivery guy really had the audacity to say "what? No tip?" as hes signing. My boyfriend says "hold on man im getting cash" and the delivery guy just laughs and says "you got free soda why not tip?" Firstly, the soda comes free when you spend up to a certain limit. Secondly, its extremely unprofessional to ask for a tip. I haven't even tried the food yet but I definitely wont be ordering from here again. The driver is lucky I wasnt at the door because he wouldnt have gotten anything. China House you need to understand working in a serving business that you wont always be tipped nor should you ridicule a customer for one. I hope you guys have a serious talk with your driver. We have getting food from China Hoise for years. Today we placed a big order and it was not the usually tasty dishes. Everything was dry with no sauce. The boneless spare ribs usually our favorite were extremely dry and overcooked. The meat crumbled when you ate like eating beef jerky. It was like eating plastic. The fried rice was barely brown and had no flavor. The sesame chicken was also dry with no sauce. Had 4 pieces of barely cooked cold broccoli in it so it obviously was not cooked with the chicken Tasted like it was pre-made frozen and just heated up. The stir fry veg was mainly Chinese cabbage stems with a few mushrooms and 2 small pieces of carrot. This actually had the sauce but it was bland. The Lo Meiin was ok but again no sauce. Not sure if it’s new owners but the food was horrible today. I guess it’s time to find a new Chinese...
