I booked Sam's for two parties. The first one was this past Saturday. The truck was late so I reached out to be told the truck broke down. So a no show. I confirmed that he would be there for my party on July 13th that we had already agreed in writing on the time and I had been told we were good. He responds back and asks if he could change the time. It was my daughters 2nd birthday party. This dude showed up LIED to my wife claiming he was Mr Softee. WRONG. The real Mr Softee showed up and was like what the hell, so we paid this FAKE for his inconvenience. I thought that was the end of it.
