Grand variety of grains and hops. When buying your beer kit, it will be freshly ground while you wait. They also do kettle work! They added a valve and a sweet BrewMometer to my Tall Boy Kettle (see photo).

The gentlemen here are brew gods. When chatting with them, you'll see a glimpse of a glowing halo around their heads. Kind and knowledgeable. They are like living Google computers. Be warned, when you ask a brewing question, you might receive a 5 chapter answer complete with philosophies.

The place might be a little odd to find. I drove by the place twice (okay thrice) and missed it. It's a small entrance on what I thought was a mini highway due to coming off Route 1. Look for a large whiteish-beige building and small entrance off the avenue...

Had a great time getting to know Andrew and Tom, and picked up some equipment that I needed for future brexperiments as well as a starter kit to get the swing of things. Plan on doing some backyard to table stuff this summer and the location is very convenient. They have a nice selection of materials if you need something for at home wine, cider, or beer making and they have a number of kits available for their own recipes. A good place to start out if you are interested in learning. Found out that they even have a setup where you can brew there. Imagine that I will be back...
