Bojangles — Restaurant in North Carolina

At first no big deal, got home noticed that we did not receive my steak and egg biscuit. I called and informed who ever picked up the phone(they did not say) and they told me to come back up and I can get it! Awesome that's perfectly fine as well! I head out I'm only like 3-5 mins away, I get the a line again no big deal... Waiting there in line for 7 mins(only way I know is I called my wife as soon as I got in line) get to speaker tell them I'm there to get my biscuit yeah? Nah, they tell me they aren't serving egg anymore and my steak biscuit is a 5 minute wait, after some talking they settle it. I get to the window now at a 16 minute wait. At 19 minutes I final receive my biscuit, hmm my fries at home probably cold haha, they tell me no fries and I have to pick another side. Well dang nabit I really don't like any other side ermm, I choose. In all they handled it alright could've been way better aye? Heard the employee talking poorly about the situation with the window slightly cracked but I am not going down that rabbit hole of a discussion. In all poor customer service. Finally I came home to a lost of appetite, cold fries little stale(but that seasoning though), little less gas in the tank, and some bottle of barrel tea. To any Corporate reading this well good luck eh.

This bias, classless business and their management fired my son after 2 years of working for this scum bag place! They promised him a raise numerous times and lied to his face time after time! My son has 4 small children to provide for and now I am having to help with finances as a retiree! Their management is very low class and in my opinion should not even be able to get a job as a dog catcher in China! I think maybe ICE should investigate one of their Hispanic female Supervisors! Rumor has it she could be illegal! I posted a very negative comment on this rag several months ago but I guess this very bias lying organization took it down! The food was good but my side's were only just over half full. I ordered an 8 piece tailgate special with mashed potatoes & gravy and green beans as my sides. I ordered an extra mashed potatoes & gravy because there's only enough in the containers for 2 people as it is. I've never seen so little food put in the side containers. I have included pictures. One more thing I'd like to add...when the cashier was handing me my order, I asked if the additional mashed potatoes & gravy I ordered were in the box. She said they were but decided to check anyway. She opened the box and they weren't in there. If I hadn't of asked, I would have gotten all the way home only to find out my order wasn't complete. I feel totally ripped off due to the lack of food in my containers and I'm glad I asked about my extra side. Check your orders and open your containers before you leave people...it seems that Bojangles needs their food worse than...
