PS .. signal sucks as well here ,, I'm using voice text I will correct the spelling later but if you are educated you'll be able to figure it out,, Place sucks, If there was still legitimate secret shopper services hard by local business,, This place to be in a lot of trouble,, I'm actually Hispanic,, But only people treated good there are the Walmart employees next door , That probably is what keeps them in business,, Places always empty, That great review that has a mask on the profile ,,the person who is reviewing it basically you can't see their identity is, Well clearly that's the same manager or the short chubby fat chick w the glasses , who lol might be the manager ,, This is a pretty town but I would travel to the nearby cities to get decent food and service only good service I've seen in all of Randleman is game stop and McDonald's and A few local mechanic places for automobiles,, Coming from a Hispanic a puerto rican and is married to a Mexican woman this place is Garbage, In it's hard to decide what makes you more upset the poor service and the hateful look on the people that work there , or the overpriced food Which is never out quickly like somebody went off to go start texting or check Facebook or something , And really nothing to brag about taste wise, Furthermore I know former employees and they rip the waiters on their tips, Places straight garbage don't get off on this exit if you are going down to ashboro I think 73 South, Just Keep driving to ashboro or Greensboro you might...

This place has excellent food but unfortunately it's biggest fault is that the staff, for ordering out, completely refuse to follow your request.

I've ordered corn tortilla's, no sour cream or cheese on multiple occasions only to find when I get home that my order isn't correct.

This didn't happen once or twice, this happens so often, that on the occasion that I do pick it up, I have to check my order, go back inside and have them correct it.

This level of incompetence is staggering, it's a very basic request. If people buy things, and they want them in a way that won't completely inconvenience the staff, it should be done.

For the past 14 months I've lived in Randleman this has been a continual issue.

When I was younger I worked as a waiter at many different places, I did to go orders as well and always ensured my customers where given the food they ordered the way they requested it.

My family and I were long term customers to this establishment. Always would come here at least once or twice a week but after this evening July 22nd 2024. I will not spend another dime here. They served me a minuscule amount of rice on my $15 dollar plate. When I questioned it the wait staff wanted to give me an attitude instead of apologizing and resolving the issue so I requested them to just take back the plate and remove it off the bill. Then in return they went to the back and proceeded to talk poorly about me in Spanish( I just so happen to understand Spanish very fluently). Horrible customer service.
