Older visit: What an annoying visit. I usually don't leave bad reviews but I just am baffled at the lack of care this Burger King has. Tonight we asked for a whopper with cheese....got home. No cheese. Okay cool whatever Burger was ice cold on inside.....not cool. They made up pull up and wait for our food just for it to be cold. I didnt even want to eat it at that point. My husbands didn't receive the sauce he requested and chicken fries were cold. No receipt was given or I'd write there. Just very frustrating to see all those boys standing around, goofing off and not one thing was right on our order. I should have checked the food before I left BUT we all know how people in the food industry react to messed up food. Trust me I was in it for a long time. Just very disappointed and displeased.
Yesterday visit: order was wrong. I told them 7 times what I ordered. They gave me the wrong order. Claimed they couldn't make any more whoppers even though I ordered two. Drinks had no ice in them and were warm. Took my receipt and never gave it back after I told them it was incorrect in my bag. Didnt offer to refund my food or anything. This location has gone down...
Read moreApparently they pick and choose who to help through the drive-thru lane: Pulled up to the outside ordering box (2 lines of drive thru), 2 cars in inside line, 3rd car pulls up to the inside lane same time I do to the outside lane. They empty that line, with not even a Please Wait to me. All those cars leave, I speak into the box Hey, anyone gonna take my order. Nothing. I speed around the building to get into the inside line (their screens do not work, cannot read you orders back, don't know if they are even working) hoping to get to order some food. As I wait for someone to take my order there in the inside line, a car pulls up to the outside line and they are IMMEDIATELY asked what they want to order. So I of course, left. And will it likely be some time before I patronize another Burger King, and may never patronize this one again. They have cameras. They know what they did/were doing. And apparently did it on purpose. This happened at roughly 2:45 PM eastern...
Read moreThere’s two ordering lanes here. After I was told to pay at the second window, I pulled around in the second lane and went to the second window. The manager on staff on June 7th, 2019, 1:50pm, answered the window and was incredibly rude telling me that I went to the wrong window. She charged my card then told me to pull to the stairs, where me and 2 other cars waited approximately 10 minutes for our food. After one of the workers came out with my meal, I told them that they had forgotten a chicken sandwich. She repeated the order back to me at the speaker so I don’t understand why she charged me for only one, but that was her reasoning and she just kept repeating that she only charged me for one and told me to drive off. Disgusting rude staff, including the ignorant manager. I wouldn’t waste my time here, unless if you want to wait 10 minutes during a 3 car...
