I can't say enough about how awesome this Chick-fil-A is! We have frequented other locations and it goes without saying, Chick-fil-A does a great job but there are some standouts in the crowd. The Belmont Chick-fil-A is everything I wish my usual Chick-fil-A (Union County) still was. The magic is still very much alive with the Belmont crew, they all truly take pride in what they do for their customers. Last night my family all agreed on Chick-fil-A for dinner because we were in Belmont, if we'd been anywhere else we probably would have hemmed and hawed over the decision. Anyway, we all agreed Chick-fil-A was on the menu so we headed over to the drive-thru and planned to enjoy the perfect weather with an outdoor dinner. We ordered our food and pulled up to the window and just as we pulled up to the window the power went out. We noticed all the honking at the stoplight adjacent to the drive-thru because the stoplights weren't working. Before I knew it, one of the girls from inside the restaurant ran all the way out to the drive-thru line to let waiting customers know they would not be able to take their orders. Taylor, the young lady that was working at the pick-up door, explained to us that the power had just gone out and she asked us to repeat our order. She listened attentively and relayed the instructions to the kitchen and repeated the special requests to ensure they heard everything accurately. This is a business with dozens of teenagers, the power is out, and if that point wasn't explained to us, I wouldn't have known. Everyone kept working on whatever they could, there was no chaos at all. The manager explained to everyone what the plan was and everyone just went to work cleaning and preparing for when the power was restored. Before I even realized, Taylor was handing us our food and drinks and repeated our order back to us as she did! WOW! I was floored that not only did this young lady remain calm and assure her customers they would do their best, she re-took our order, relayed it to the kitchen, packed up our food and handed it to us, and still had the presence of mind to remember everything we ordered. I couldn't even remember what I ordered at that point, I had to look at my wife to see if Taylor was correct. We left, happy as can be and went to our favorite picnic spot and realized as we unpacked our food that everything was awesome. The special orders were correct. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. My hat's off to the Belmont...
Read moreI LOVE Jeanne! (I may be spelling it wrong) I live right down the street and come here often, most times with my baby girl. Sometimes I sit inside and others I get drive through. EVERYTIME she makes my day. My baby girl gives the biggest grin when she is around. Jeanne always acknowledges her and that makes her so happy. She is very friendly and makes me feel like I am welcomed here and part of their family. She's fast and thorough. I appreciate her and everyone in this location (South Point Road, Belmont) Last time I was here, I never saw her stop moving, she was always cleaning and helping others. Even when she was on break, she checked in on us. I come back here mainly for her, as well as the other staff members. I just moved here from Raleigh. I was running our Catering department as well as managing FOH. I've been working in restaurants for almost 17 years. I know how hard it is to find great people, especially now. You all have done a wonderful job of cultivating a...
Read moreZero stars for this location. Service inside or drive thru is a joke. I have been here at least 5 times and the caucasian female at the drive through is always rude/Ill-mannered, and clueless. Not one person at this place says "my pleasure" either, which I understood to be their No.1 customer service catchphrase. Food is wayyyyy too expensive for the quality and what is up with the incredibly disgusting coffee???? They either need someone there that either knows 1. how to make coffee, 2. how to wash the pots with a solution of hot water, white vinegar and a spot of dish soap, or 3. buy completely new pots weekly and rotate with the freshly washed pots. Yes, this is a fast-food chain but it isn't open 24 hours so somebody can do some washing-up! First visit March 2024. Last visit...
