I keep trying to eat from the location in Porters Neck and am disappointed almost every time. The employees are very clearly instructed to give tiny portions of meat and Guacamole. I’m not a big eater so I’m honestly not even expecting that much but this place is ridiculous. My burrito tonight had so little meat that I had the majority of my bites without it. The guacamole is scooped back out of the cup to remove the well over the top quarter of the cup, almost half. This isn’t a one time issue, it is every time I come to this location.
Tonight was worse the normal, even at peak time with a long line of people, both rices and the pinto beans were disgustingly dry.
I’ve attempted to give private feedback before posting publicly, but no one seems to care. I’ll just eat at the Wilmington location instead...

We are experiencing phone issues so we had to drive all the way home to get the screenshot. Now we drive back to the restaurant, and the rude cashier tells us our screenshot is not good enough and that we needed ANOTHER screenshot that included our account name.
