If you’re ever in Raleigh-Durham airport, this is the place to avoid!!! I decided to get a sandwich before catching my flight but couldn’t even order one. The older lady was very rude to me for no reason. She asked me if I’m hard of hearing. I asked, What do you mean, am I hard of hearing? She said she just turned away five customers in a loud voice, and she said she knows I heard her turning them away..I didn’t hear anything. I asked why she turned away the customers. She rolled her eyes and asked me in a very smart tone, “What do you think?” I said I don’t know. She went, “Oh my god, I don’t get paid enough for this,” and she said, “Dude, we can’t make sandwiches right now.” When I asked why, she said, “None of your business; just know we ain’t making any sandwiches for about 2 hours,” and then ignored me. This place will surely close unless major changes are made. What is the reason they’re not making sandwiches for two hours?

Jasons Deli at RDU needs some serious management help. 3 in my party, all 3 sandwiches WRONG which amazes me considering the menu board with ingredients is literally 4 feet behind them. Rude service. Waited until after the rest of our order was complete to tell us they were out of soup, but replaced it with a tiny mushy fruit cup. Barked at multiple customers to go to 5 guys to get napkins and they were out of most drink options. With 10 years of food service management experience, i can safely say i would terminate all employees there and look for competant, relatively intelligent employees who can read a recipe on a massive board behind their heads.
