Kobe Express — Restaurant in North Carolina

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kobe Express and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern decor and cozy lighting that set the mood for a delightful evening.

The service was impeccable. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and made excellent recommendations.

The food was the highlight of the night. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and you could tell that a lot of thought and care went into each recipe. I particularly enjoyed the sushi, which was cooked and made to perfection and paired wonderfully with the glass of water.

Overall, Kobe Express exceeded my expectations in every way. It's clear that they are passionate about what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal. Five stars...

I'm sharing this bad experience of many at Kobe's over the last 2 years.i go because my boyfriend really likes the food and I finally found one dish I liked after he begged me to go so many times. I order the same thing everytime and they've gotten it right only twice in 2 years. I order hibachi steak with broccoli and rice, and an order of crab rolls. How hard is that? Told me they didn't have crab rolls and you can physically see them in the case when you pick up your to go order, they had them.Drove 40 mins home to find out that nothing in the order (my plate and my boyfriends) we're right except for onions noodles and rice. They gave me 7 bits of steak a bunch of mushrooms and rice. Absolutely disgusting, and not what I ordered I call them and they don't even say sorry, just try to argue. They won't last here much longer because I know I'm not...

I am Asian and have eaten sushi and japanese food all over the world. I did not expect to find food this good in the little town of Franklin NC. Was here for lunch and had the Rock and Roll which is a lovely, distinctly flavored smoked salmon and a half order of the Catamount roll which is simply amazing. We order wings which are huge and juicy with spicy teriyaki sauce. Also had their lunch combo with Hibachi scallops and broccoli. The scallops were large and cooked just right. The fried rice had lots of flavor and veggies. It came with carrots which is the only thing on earth I do not eat. But I ate it, as it was simply delicious and served with Shimp Sauce. The owner Dang, was a wonderful host. Do try this restaurant . My only regret is this is our last day...
