Don’t waste your time or money here. Terrible service and food. I wish it was possible to give a zero or negative start rating because they don’t even deserve one start. The food was horrible. The shrimp cocktail had 3 inches of clear liquid sitting on top of it when it was brought out and the stuffed Chile poblano- you couldn’t even cut through the chiles. The service was even worse. The waitress dumped the food off and didn’t come back to check on us for 30+ minutes and by this time my husband already finished eating. When we tried to voice our concerns over the food she told us “that’s just how it’s made - there’s nothing I can do for you” and worse when I asked to speak to the manager they sent some kid out who wasn’t the manager but claimed it’s his family’s business. Laughed at me when I told him what was wrong and proceeded to argue with me over the food and what happened with the waitress- then wanted to know if we were local or not because “people come from a over to eat our food and have NEVER complained”! Shocked to hear we were locals and this is the MO? To target people who you think don’t live here to treat them horribly?!? Here’s another news flash- people don’t travel from all over just to come eat your food. Those customers are the result of tourism and NOT your food. Places like yours shouldn’t be allowed to operate because you give Franklin NC a bad name! You lost two customers, and keep behaving like this and you will have...

Food was good. We went on mother's day and it was pretty dead. They did offer a discount to mothers so that was nice. The service was terrible. There was not enough menus for everyone (the place was only half full or galf empty in there case). The server kept getting drinks wrong and was no where to be found. The worst part though is the food runner kept bring out to plates one at a time and about 10 minutes in between plates. So my step dad got his food 20 minutes before I did and my wife 10 minutes before I did as well. There was 11 of us so this was an issue most of the food was cold before it could be eaten. They don't even do that at fast food places. The managers were walking around and saw but did nothing. Had good experiences in the past but one bad apple ruins the bunch for me. I won't be back there are a few other places that are way better. Plus they are next door to kobe, had slow service there but at least the food comes out at the same time and it is delicious. I came here with my family at the recommendation of a coworker. My family really enjoyed their meals. The tortilla chips and salsa were amazing! The tortilla chips were nice and warm, and the salsa tasted great. I am not usually a salsa fan, but I liked this one. I got the tacos de carnitas, which were corn tortillas filled with pork, served with rice and beans. Our server, whom I did not get the name of, was super nice in answering my questions. I got a side of sour cream for my tacos since they did not come with sour cream. The pork was delicious and tender. I think I would have liked the flour tortillas better than corn tortillas, but that is just my personal preference. I also don't really eat rice and beans, but the rice went well in the tacos. The tacos also came with some toppings that I didn't really use either (I am a super picky eater and I realize that this might not have been the place for me), but my family used them up so they didn't go to waste!
