3 stars for the establishment because the majority of all tables were not clean, not just something missed while cleaning but actually not cleaned after last people left, about 7 tables still had number tents on them and almost all were but cleaned. I had to find a clean chair as well. They seemed will stages and not busy at all, 2 people inside when we went in, one came in before we left and drive through want much busier, I will say the staff was pleasant but not outwardly friendly more talkative among themselves. 2 stars for all McD's because they have changed something that changed the fries and not for the good several times in the last few years, the latest has made us mostly give up McDonalds totally, the fries in 5 states I've visited multiple times in the last year are almost always thrown away now when they used to be the first thing eaten. They all taste overcooked, on the dry side like they were air fried and have a taste of burned oil, not at all the taste that made them the best part about McDonald's. I miss splitting the soft fries and crunchies between me and my kids, they like the crunchies I prefer the inbetweens. And while 12 dollars for a medium fry, small Grimace shake and a big Mac was not shocking because it's named after a logo character it was an absurd price. Needles to say my 6 year old granddaughter at the top half of the Mac, I ate the bottom(watching my carbs) we split the fries after drowning them in ketchup and the shake want table but not anything to write hike about! I could have afforded my own meal but I didn't want to pray 20 plus for me and a 6 year old to get a sub par meal. We left full and mostly happy but my adult brain was stuck on yesteryear when the bad for you food at least tasted really good and you could afford to feed a family of four...
Read moreMy review will sound a lot like others I have seen on here. The people who work there are GREAT (I hope no one thinks my low rating is about them!). But the system is TERRIBLE. I stopped by to pick up a cheeseburger and a drink from the dollar menu. The line in the drive-through was LONG, so I went inside. Just a few people in there, but since I was paying cash I had to go through two steps (the automated kiosk AND the cashier). An employee had to enter my info (2 items) into the system at the kiosk (which took almost 2 minutes) and then I spent another minute or so at the cash register, paying for my meal. I was given a slip of paper and a big plastic thing with a number on it (and a cup for my drink). After waiting about 10 minutes for my $1 cheeseburger to be delivered, I went up and found it on a tray on the counter. This was not the employee's fault because she had to be at the kiosk helping other customers. I certainly don't mind picking up my own burger but when they give you a giant number to set on the table it gives the impression that it will be delivered. Anyway, my assessment is that this system does NOTHING to save time or make things more efficient and will probably mean that fewer employees will be needed. It's all about the bottom...
Read moreRidiculous service. When i get to the speaker they ask if iâm using my mobile app and i am. i give them the code, she puts it in and it tells me on the app âWe got your code!â and she asked for the code again and i told her my app said she got it right and she was like âWell i didnâtâ and didnât care to fix the issue at all. She put in the right code, but didnât put in the what i wanted which made the code not work. i used to work at mcdonaldâs. the girl who works at the end of the night doesnât know how to do her f job correctly and should be trained more. I understand things messing up electronically but this was because she charged me for a large meal when i did not ask for one and that made my coupon not work. Itâs whatever though, just hope she learns how to take orders like she should! đ yea iâm very upset about this because of her attitude when i told her my app said she got the code. If my app said you got the code, youâre the issue. Donât charge someone for a large meal when they donât ask for one, thatâs why my code...
