Service was faulty, at best! The waiter took my chips & salsa without asking if I was done, when i was still eating to just dump them right before my eyes; 1/2 serving still there & while I was eating them. Then, when I told him I was not done, he apologizes like it's ok.
Said What?!? I'm sorry, is not enough!
Keep your hands to yourself, unless you are asked to take it, or you asked if I am done & were told a clear: YES!!! . No one likes to be rushed when they bother to go out to eat, & the restaurant was pretty empty. So, why take my food away, without my consent?
That's a huge lack of respect for the Customer, a big No! NO! You need to train your staff to serve the Customer, not the Restaurant. Otherwise, why bother?
The melted white cheese dripped on top of everything was excessive, the pico de gallo & guac was barely a teaspoon included in my main dish. Just because I walk in alone, it doesn't mean, I am not hungry, ☝️🙏🏼🙌 please! I should have eaten at home for that... 😜💔😄 The rest of the food was okay!
The place looked clean & the Waiter did ask a couple of times if I was allright, so thanks for those good points.
I'll quickly suggest Mexican Music would have been better too, if it is a Mexican Restaurant, although I am not sure 100% ... I appreciate having the full experience, when we choose this place over that other one. Love it when the music compliments the food!🥰
Parking would be a problem on rush hour, but I was fine between lunch & dinner time. I saw a couple of Vegetarian options, but had the white cheese dripped over as well in the pictures, so you may want to consider asking for it on the side. We arrive the day of our event only to find the one table set up for 25 people was already occupied. Not saying they gave our table away. But definitely saying there needs to be more communication. Even after all that, we decided to stay and order. There was no silver ware on the tables, I was served cold cheese dip(had to ask 3 times before getting a new one) and it took forever before they took all of our orders. Even then multiple orders were incorrect. As a customer I hate to bother my waiter or waitress with alot of extras. But I do expect good customer service when visiting an establishment. The staff was obviously irritated with us and each other. Mind you during all this the sports team ordered, ate and left before we all even finished ordering or receiving our silverware. The only reason we remained was that some of our people had ordered and received their food. I understand that multiple large groups in Restaurants can be difficult. But this establishment was warned a day in advance, and still did nothing to prepare themselves. I'm not downing the franchise, just this location. I ordered two beef quesadillas and two cheese quesadillas. I only received one beef. I assessed this with the waiter and repeated my order. I was brought out one more beef and that is it. Also, my second beef was cold...the cheese wasn't even melted. I ate what I had and continued my meal with my family. When the bill came, i was charged for all four quesadillas that i ordered. Also, i was charged for two cheese dips. We only ordered one cheese dip. I didn't bother taking it up with the waiter, i was going to wait until i paid. However, the waiter came to look at my receipt three times. The third time, he took it and had it altered. When i received my altered bill i was only charged for one cheese dip but still four quesadillas. I did have the bill corrected at the register. However, especially as slow as they were, there's no excuse for the cold food...poor service...and incorrect bill. They have lost my family's...
