The fact they give you soup/salad with your meal and have monthly coupons is a nice bonus. However, The black woman who is the manager there is very rude. The chicken wings are over cooked and very tiny. Don't complain about anything unless you want to be told it's your fault. The steak they use is not good quality. It isnt ribeye, it's a tough cut of steak which is so chewy it isnt worth eating. Very disappointing. I will not eat there again and I have given them a few chances. She did agree to remedy the issue after I practically begged, but told me it was a "inconvenience for the cook to have to cook it" for me since it wasn't anything noticeably wrong. Wow....

I had been ordering from Osaka 4 days straight being that I was visiting my sister and every time I’d get the same thing , this last time I ordered the same thing it was a call in , I got there and my food wasn’t ready waited 30 more min wait , my order was incorrect but I live an hour out , as soon as I got home I found out my order was incorrect and called the manager to fix it , he told me that I needed to come back so he could refund my money or remake my order so that’s what I did , however when I got there the owner/manager was very rude and made comments towards me that were very rude and offensive, he lost me and my family as customers so...
