Grab & Go freezer pie review Give or take wasn't impressed. I bought a few things. Doubles in certain items because I like to see consistency and this failed. The potato/hash brown casserole, I bought and it tasted like straight sour cream, garlic. Very strong no potatoes taste. The second one tasted different, like no sour cream but was dry.. Chicken pot pie, I bought one and ok, lacking gravy. When you first cook it, it looks good but after it cools enough it can use more gravy. My second one, same way but like such few vegetables? Very confused on how you mess up a chicken pot pie. Lastly, buffalo mac and Cheese. One had a lot of cheese, nice spice but lacking chicken and the other one had enlarged over cooked noodles, no cheese, dry and disappointing. Overall, definitely needs consistency help, since all my pies were opposites of each other. Flavor needs work and overall quality needs help. Unsure if there's a rush to get pies out but wont be buying again. Probably gonna stick to making...

We picked up a deep dish tomato pie from an outlet. It was not edible. The ingredients were different than stated. The top never became crunchy, nor was there a creamy cheese sauce on top, there was some grated cheddar cheese that would not melt. During the uncovered phase of cooking the pie popped continuously and blew oil all over the oven, very messy. We added nothing to it. You could pick up the toppings and squeeze the oil out if it. I have a picture of the pan it sat on overnight, I guess we punched a hole in the pan, there is a tremendous amount of oil on the pan and this is after we cleaned it up once. And our oven was covered in oil. Don’t know the story but something’s wrong here. It tasted like oily mush. I called twice during business hours and sent and email, no answer or reply.

We arrived and there were only 3 tables occupied. We sat down and were asked if we had ever been there. We said no and were welcomed and told the specials. Food took a while to deliver which is expected in a cook to order restaurant however we ordered the specials so it shouldn't have taken that long. Our drinks were only refilled once. Food was delicious. No complaints there. The waitress said she would cash us out when we finished however she bypassed us and went to 3 other tables to take their orders and cash them out before us. I had to ask her to pay so we could leave. We were in there almost 2 hours!! The food was great but the service is less than can be desired. Oh and she didn't even offer additions to the special to us but did to another table and even gave them suggestions of what to eat. For us being new to the restaurant you'd think you would upsell as much as possible. Don't think we will be back...
