Subway — Restaurant in North Carolina

This place is terrible . I was in there yesterday which was June and there were only one employee and he was working so hard to get orders out . He was focused on online orders and had about ten of those . I had an online order myself and waited an hour or more for that . I watched people come in and leave due to him having to first work on the mobile orders . I also watched him tell people he was running behind and had no help at all and he called for help but the entire time I was there no one came in . I don’t live far from this subway but it’s terrible I would rather travel to the subway in Springlake to get my sub from now on . This manager needs to do better and always have at least two people there because the area was so nasty with him not being able to clean . The young man was so nice just very overwhelmed with everything and I felt so bad for him . If I hadn’t paid already I would have left . I will not be going back to this subway again ....

I don’t even like to post reviews but this one I had to. Worst Subway!!! I did my order online and it said ready in 15 mins when we got there to pick it up, they said the order wasn’t ready and that I had to wait 10 more mins. Well 10 mins turn into 1 hr. After waiting for an hour I went inside to see what was going on and one of the employees told me with an attitude that I could not get in because I didn’t have a mask but there were people inside with no mask. That employee left leaving the other one alone making our order. The other one was just complaining that he was the only one working. I think the main issue is management they hired anyone and they do not trained them right. The staff is really slow with attitude and it looks like they don’t care about their customers. First of all, they should rename this place to "We Don't Have It." No wonder Subway is at the bottom of the fast-food industry. I don’t understand why they accept orders if they can’t fulfil them, and they’re constantly out of stock on everything—bread, cookies, Oreos, beverages, you name it.

Their staff is completely rude and unprofessional. I try to avoid this place because the service is terrible, and the employees are aggressive. One of them even chased me outside the store, shouting that I wasn’t welcome in their "best restaurant" in Spring Lake.

I don’t want to deal with them ever again.

I do recommend driving a couple more miles to Linden Oak and enjoying Jersey Mike’s amazing taste and high-quality sandwiches. Their staff is awesome, friendly, and provides...
