Oh wow did we have an ordeal in the drive through just now at about 1:55pm. I ordered spicy nuggets (6pc) buffalo : they asked what sauce either ranch or blue cheese that I wanted - I said blue cheese. Then I got a 6 pc regular nugget to which they also asked what sauce I would like. I said Honey mustard. We also ordered other things. The lady at the window was rude from the very beginning even when taking my mom's card. My mom was very nice despite her attitude. My mom was looking for her straw and the lady said "IS THERE A PROBLEM?" She said "oh I just need a straw" and they threw it at her (bascially) and said nothing. Then I'm looking through the bags and all they gave me was 1 ranch which I did not order. They again came out and said "is there a PROBLEM?" My mom said "we need some blue cheese and honey mustard" the lady snapped back and said "ok it's going to be so and so much a piece do you want to PAY?!?" So I took it upon myself to respond and say "why would they ask me what dip I want if I'm going to pay extra? I asked for it originally". She said "ok MA'AM YOU CAN BE A LITTLE NICER WITH YOUR TONE" ..... uhm? I'm just confused why you're so quick to charge us for something we should've paid for or should be included?? she then quickly went on her screen and printed out a receipt of our order to try and make a point and .... it wasn't even our order she printed out đ but she handed it to US to review OUR ORDER which we didn't get a receipt for by the way (still). She asked for our bags back. Took them out of sight (who knows if they spit on them but I know for a fact they aren't supposed to take food back into the kitchen that's already been in customers hands, by that time I had already taken a bite of a chicken nugget) and said "ok I see" and almost threw the bag back to my mom and didn't say a word and walked away. Knowing she was wrong. No sorry about that. Nothing. My saint of a mother spoke up for once and said "yall are horrible" while driving away and the lady yelled back out of sight in the kitchen "HAVE A NICE DAY" just so rude so nasty for no reason. I'm not one to leave a bad review unless something really nasty for no reason happens. She must've been having a bad day but can she have it somewhere else not dealing with CUSTOMERS?? Also to add .... my mom didn't get her pickles on her sandwich đđ food is good atleast but HORRIBLE attitudes going on there for no reason. We don't get many interactions like this because myself and my mother are very respectful...

I came a week ago and left my wallet at home. So I called my husband to get the card to use over the phone while at the window. Mind you my meal was $6 and change. The manager came to the window and said she couldn't take the card bc I don't have any ID. 1)the meal is $6 ma'am and you are worried about a card being stolen? (2) I come here all the time and you never ID me when using a credit card. Y'all swipe it no problem, no questions asked but when I tell you about my extenuating circumstance, you can't use a card for a $6 meal?
Came back today with husband, leaving an appt. Did a mobile order. Got our food fast but it wasn't good at all. Burger wasn't hot, when you open the package all the ingredients were just thrown on there, extremely sloppy and it tasted just okay. My peppermint cold brew coffee was nasty so I went inside to get it switched. The dude at the counter just looks at me (no hi, how can I help you?) so I just told him I needed my drink switched out, he still doesn't speak to me but immediately calls over to the manager.
She comes over and ask what I need, no smile just strait faced and seemingly annoyed I was there. She fixes my drink and says here you go. The customer service is horrible, but I'm grateful she did switch the drink. Got to the car and hubby tells me his food wasn't that good, and I wholeheartedly agreed. Such a disappointment from a store that we used to always enjoy eating at. it's 11/29/23...
   Read moreI ordered Lunch here thru drive thru and asked for a mini frostie, but could not locate my key tag that would have made it Free. I did not receive one and asked them to make me one and charge me if necessary so I paid for one and they went to make it. When they brought it to me I had located the key tag that would have made it Free and I asked if they could reimburse me for the charge. They said they could not, so I asked if they might give me an additional mini-frostie at no charge like since I had the Key Tag and the Manager very rudely said not unless I circled the drive-thru again. I said that was unreasonable and I did not plan to do that and would just sit there and wait and asked why she was being so rude? After being ignored for several minutes by her and her staff I pulled up and went inside and again tried to speak with the General Manger Maggie White and this woman said she was her and still refused to answer me why She was being so ugly and rude to me. I see by the reviews here this is a common occurance. I asked for the owners name and no one would give it to me. I also never got any receipt so I could complain to Wendy's Corporate. I will choose to go somewhere else next time where a customer is treated better and would recommend the owner of this location replace this...
