No. Just, no. This is by far the worst Bojangles location I have ever had the displeasure of going to. It's close to my apartment which makes it very convenient at least in concept. The issue comes down to staffing You can't possibly imagine trying to run a restaurant that size with only three people working and only one of them actually cooking. And yet that's what I see time and time again at this location. Placing an order for food on their app is supposed to be convenient, however pulling up to the drive-thru as the app encourages you to do I was refuse service at the window.
What followed was a 40-minute ordeal where I stood inside, then going outside to my car then coming back inside. Over and over trying to get information from whoever was behind the counter, over and over being told it would be right out.
The food that was given to me 45 minutes after I arrived was undercooked biscuits were white doughy literally not cooked.
It's not this latest experience at this restaurant that is causing me to write this review, it is the fact that this has been the normal for this location since I've been coming here for the last 2 years. Example after example of going to the restaurant to just get basic service to get the food that they offer and being left with long waits apathetic staff and subpar product at the end of the day.
Communication with the corporate headquarters results in nothing, as you would expect in a dystopia late stage capitalistic situational nightmare like this.
I think I'm going to start doing Google reviews for my own food. I'm just going to tag my location in Google maps create my own little restaurant for myself and just talk about how awesome the food and service is my own house. As going to restaurants like this remind me again and again why the healthier better more economical option is to stay home.
Stay far far far far away from this location. They should close it, and fire the people...
Read moreI placed a mobile order. When I pulled up to the speaker box, it took a minute before someone started speaking. They were not talking clearly so I didn't exactly hear what they said. I told them I was picking up a mobile order and tried to tell them my name. Before I could tell them my name, I was told to pull up to the window because they were the only one in the store. When I got up to the window, no one was there, but I saw a man at the production line. Then I saw a lady with a headset on. She walked around for a few seconds then told me to pull up by the door. After a few minutes, she out and asks me the name on the order. Then a third person came out with my order. I asked them why I was pulled forward if no one was behind me. While I was waiting, not a single car pulled up to the window. I was told because they just made my food. I asked again because that answer didn't make sense to me. Usually you get asked to pull up because the persons order behind you is ready. She then said its because of the timer. They are trying to make their time look good, but when I pulled off, there was a huge line in the drive thru. It seems they are only serving one car at a time and using the "I'm the only one in the store" as an excuse. Oh, and I ordered sweet tea, but they gave me...
Read moreI was rang up for something I did not order and was not offered the difference back. they were very busy so I just didn’t bother asking.after paying for my food the lady goes to fix my food with gloves on that she’s touched everything with prior to touching the food. I get handed my cup to get my tea but I was turned off when I saw the tea bin had no lid on it meaning anything could have flew in it. So being that I already paid for the drink I was going to get a fountain drink but I was turned off from that also because when I looked under at the nasal every single last one of them had mold on them! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! So I just took my cup and got some ice (that may not have even been a good idea). I returned back to my car only to see the my biscuit was very undercooked.it still had raw dough in the middle, the fries tasted like cardboard, and 1 of my chicken tenders also seemed to be undercooked. I would have went back and asked for my money but I was on lunch break and didn’t have the time. I’m praying I don’t get sick from this meal as i ate the other 2 tenders but I would not be surprised. This store is in SERIOUS need of help. They lack cleanliness, initiative, leadership, and accuracy. I would give no star if that were an option. I plan to never return to...
