Burger King — Restaurant in North Charleston

June 13 I was traveling to Mexico I purchased a whopper I didn’t eat. My burger is until I got on the plane as I was eating I notice something poked me in my mouth I spit it out and this is what was in my burger……… highly unacceptable. I tried to call and couldn’t get in touch with anyone when I returned on June 20 I am mediately went to the Burger King where the manager did not seem surprised or worried and they said everything comes premade and there’s nothing they could do about it that I would have to talk to the general manager. I emailed them twice and still haven’t gotten a response back. I also reached out to corporate and still haven’t gotten a response back. I have been in the restaurant industry over 10 years, this is highly unacceptable and ridiculous poor customer service. Be careful...

Worst Burger King service we've ever experienced. This place should be closed or restaffed. The staff was apathetic towards us, as if we were an inconvenience to their routine. I ordered a salad and there weren't any forks out. I asked them for a fork because there weren't any. They said they are out in front. "Nope, they are all out" that's why I'm asking. I used to work at a BK we would restock these regularly. We had to ask again for our drink. And then get dressing for the salad after I left. It's the little things that make for a good experience. The staff that works in the place is completely horrible. The cashier was very rude. When I placed my order the girl had asked me if I wanted sauce and I turned to my cousin to see if she wanted sauce because the order was for her and before I could answer she was like “ No you don’t want sauce “ I said yes I do and then I told her what kind. But she was so impatient and rude especially with the facial expressions she was making . Then I waited on my food for almost 15 minutes and When I received it, it wasn’t even hot it was warm as if the food I was receiving had been sitting out. I was not pleased with this...
