Apparently they’ve lost their customer service aspect completely. Late food is whatever if it’s communicated. Placed order tonight, delivery 8:03 is the estimate. Call at 8:30 “can you hold” no one picks back up. Call back again 8:42. Kid is like “oh drivers are all out it’s in the store it’ll be 20-30 more minutes” then hangs up. Call back again 9:34 to cancel because nothing has shown up and the app hasn’t updated from “making your food”. Again no apologies, no questions, she simply responded “refund will be on your card in 3-5 business days”.The better part of all this is once we cancelled it the app status ACTUALLY updated to “pending manager approval” which must be their cover their butt response. Have never had a bad experience with this marcos until tonight. Again, late food is whatever if it’s communicated. Even if when placing the order it gave us some wild 2-3 hour window we may have kept it, or just ordered something else. The communication and honesty is the principal of it, and a “so sorry for the delay” never hurt.

We pick up Marcos fairly regularly. Usually a large deluxe pizza and a chicken cesar salad with extra dressing and a 2 liter of pepsi. I pay extra for extra dressing. Tonight, I sent my daughter in to grab the food while I waited at the curb and this is on the salad box. Also, the salad was made God only knows when. The crutons are mush. And there was only one dressing packet. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that until we were all the way home. And the pizza was lukewarm. Disappointed is putting it mildly. Update: the owner of the store called me and apologized profusely. He explained that the salad was one an employee made for themselves, hence the initials on the box. He also refunded our entire order in the form of credit on our account and was very kind. We'll definitely give them another shot thanks to his excellent customer service.

We also got the boneless wings and also not very tasty and tasted old like sitting out for a long time. I’m not trying to be rude just honest. The food was delivered in a timely matter but so not worth the money. Why rush it I rather wait longer for a done pizza and why we stopped ordering Dominos! Can’t rush it

We just tried for the first time. I ordered a large BBQ Chicken, the chicken didn’t taste very good dark meat it looked like and crust nowhere done. Also ordered The Works and the ingredients were good but crust again especially for all those ingredients not done. Delivered with tip and all $80.00 and we all barely ate. We also got the boneless wings and also not very tasty and tasted old like sitting out for a long time. I’m not trying to be rude just honest. The food was delivered in a timely matter but so not worth the money. Why rush it I rather wait longer for a done pizza and why we stopped ordering Dominos! Can’t rush it

First let me say I never received my delivery order and this is the reason why… I placed my order at 6:15pm and it was suppose to be delivered at 7:45 pm. I called at 7:42pm to get and update the girl that answered said the driver was just pulling back up and my order was on its way. Okay then I received a email at 7:47pm saying my order was on its way. Keep in mind this store is 7 minutes from my house. So it’s now 8:15pm I had to call back and the closing manager by the name of Wulfgang answered and I asked for him to call his delivery driver to see how much longer before my delivery would be here (which I had to ask him twice to do before he actually called) after he called the delivery driver he had the nerve to tell me the driver was coming back to pick up my order and should be to me in 10-15mins , first off if my food was never picked up why would you all update it in your system to come to my email saying my delivery was on the way when you know good and well it was never picked up by the delivery guy. Closing manager also states that the website which is what I put my order through said that it was a 90 minute delivery time, what do I look like waiting 90 minutes for my food to be delivered (which it did not reflect that online), I would have just drove and picked it up first before waiting 90 minutes. Then the closing manager goes on to say we only have 1 delivery driver and he still has 7 more orders to deliver, which those orders don’t have nothing to with mine, hire some more drivers! I asked for a full refund back and told them I didn’t even want the order anymore. Oh and after I got up to get my kids food from McDonalds the delivery driver wants to call my phone & I nicely denied it just send me my money back. Smh and I normally order and go and pick it up! This is sad y’all really need to either hire more people and/or give more hours to have extra people out delivering. Let’s update 9/15/2023- my refund still has not been put back...

I placed an order last week online & the order arrived late & it was cold as a rock. I normally never have any issues with this location. I called ask to speak to Manager. He was kind of cocky and rushing me. I informed him to refund my card & issue a credit for order since I couldn’t get another pizza out that night. He said yes sure and hung up.I ended up reviewing my account today and saw that my account was never refunded. I called back spoke with Beth who was very kind and issued the refund. I called tonight to place an order and use the credit. The young man who answered was kind and informed me that there was only a credit of $7 on the account. I was confused the order was $25 not $7. I informed him Corbin was supposed to issue the credit and refund but I had to call back earlier that day since it wasn’t done. He informed me that Corbin was there and would place him on the line. Corbin gets on the phone. I explain that he was supposed to credit the account due to order being cold. He’s like well you must have already used some of credit. I explained if he looked at account it would show i hadn’t placed an order since last week. He goes so you looking for a free pizza. I said i’m looking to get my replacement on an order that was cold. He goes i’ll give you your free pizza that you claim was cold and hung up. I called back and he’s like yes. I said you are very rude and have poor customer service skills. You must not want your job. He’s like I already told you you’ll get your free pizza. I said forget the pizza give me your managers information. He’s like do you think i’m some custodian. Nope but your definitely in the wrong field and maybe you should be a custodian being rude. He continued to try to over talk me. I hung up called another location and got management info. This has been the absolute worst experience and i’ve been dealing with this location for years. Corbin does not want his job and needs to find another...

I usually don't leave negative reviews on Google because I know how important they are to the business but since there was no other way I could find on the online app I decided to leave it here so that possibly management could use the review to help implement changes to become a 5 Star Marcos again. My husband and I order several times a month if not a week. We live 2 miles from this location and in the past have always recieved great service, but recently major changes have occurred. The #1 thing is the order online app which use to be amazing is now no use at all. It does not track at all and is not user friendly. Last night I called an hour in to the order because i couldnt see the tracking info and was told they had to remake the pizza and it was in the oven. An hour later called back and was told they had 1 driver. So asked if I wanted to cancel my order and my money would be refunded. I said that would be fine. My real issue is customer service. I understamd short staffing, but why not call your customers to give them a choice if they want to pick it up? Why leave a family waiting for dinner for 2 hours with no feedback. The last few orders have not been good at all. I never recieve emails from marcos any longer for feedback review for a free cheesy bread, which I never got any way, but loved always giving them that 5 star review. In the past if something was wrong they always would offer to make it up. Maybe there are some personel issues going on at this time so I'm hopeful they will get it worked out, but would hate to see a 5 star pizza place turn into a Dominoes. Dominoes is just a place to get cheap cardboard pizza. I would rather pay more money for great pizza and excellent customer service. Hope this review will be considered in implementing changes to this location so I can give my 5 star...
