I've been here twice, each time for a school fundraiser. Both times the food was very slow in coming, like sit-down-restaurant slow even though it wasn't particularly busy when we arrived though it was by the time we left. The first time our order seemed to have been overlooked even though I was sitting in front of the pick up counter the whole time. The chicken was juicy, fries were fine but not special, and the coleslaw was inedible. The inside dining area was distractingly loud; all sounds just seemed to amplify and we could hardly hear each other across our table. It's not my first choice for fast food chicken.

Update 2025: This store must have changed management at some point because it's completely turned around for the better. Food comes out quickly now (one time our order was ready by the time we completed the transaction!) even during a busy lunchtime. A roving employee frequently passes through the dining area to check for cleanliness and will usually offer to take away our trash. They seem to be supportive of the local community as every school and summer reading award seems to come with a free meal coupon. Food quality hasn't changed, but the customer experience...

I had a mostly not-so-good day dealing with issues today. The last thing I figured could go wrong was a quick drive thru order. I ordered a Caniac combo and when I got home, saw that there was only 4 chicken fingers instead of 6. Due to my long day, I wanted to get really mad but I kept my composure. I called the store and spoke with Alissa to explain the situation. She provided a resolution right away. I took my order back to the store to get the correct order as Alissa said I could. I spoke with a young team member at the counter and explained the situation again. I presented him with my receipt which had Alissa’s name on it. He let me know he needed to verify with Alissa and went to do so. When he came back, he apologized for the incorrect order and even said “When we make a mistake, we really want to make sure we have a chance to fix it for our customers”. This was such a mature outlook from this young man. Not only did it remind me of what good customer service is but also what it means to be a decent customer- nothing is ever worth a bad attitude!! God bless this young man, Alissa, and this...

Google says they close at 11, we got there at 10 on the dot and the door was still open. I explained that “I am so sorry, I know its 10 but we drove 2 hours (detour) on our way back to Florida and theres no Canes there. Was there any way we could buy anything, even the sauce?”

Tracy was very nice and super accommodating. She really tried to help and that was appreciated. I bought a cup of the Cane’s Sauce since thats the real Holy Grail.

However, there was a girl in the back with brownish hair, red(?) hat on and lots of eyeliner. She was extremely rude, condescending and made me feel horrible. I wasn’t asking for them to go out of their way to make me food, I wasn’t rude and I definitely understood if they couldn’t do it. She really shouldn’t be in customer service and maybe should be a nicer to people. The only reason we were even on this road trip was because my Husbands grandmother had a heart attack and...

I haven't been to any other raising canes so I can't compare this location to others but this place is great. Starting off the staff was extremely nice and you can actually hear them through the ordering speaker which is rare. The price is reasonable for what you get but you have to pay 0.23 for a drink with the combo I don't mind it was just weird. I highly recommend the sandwich combo it was amazing. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the lemonade had a very strange flavor not sure if it was a fluke or just how it tastes. It had some sort of savory taste I couldn't pinpoint what it tasted like which caught me off guard because I expected a sweet and sour lemonade. Overall a good experience next time I go I'll try the lemonade again and update my review.

I’m usually satisfied with my food when I visit this location, but tonight I was very disappointed. Understanding that I did visit the restaurant 25-30 minutes before closing. Tenders were warm and French fries were cold , told the employee about my fries and asked why it was given to me cold. He said we would of rather I have french fries than, no French fries, I get that, but why give it to me cold. What was it going to hurt to drop fresh French fries for 3minutes. Employee apparently needs more training, on customer service. And he also needs to know that people like myself keeps you all in business. Yep it’s just 🍟 French fries. Meet the satisfaction of your customers.

My daughter has always wanted to try the chicken so, we ordered our food to go... on the way to our hotel 15 minutes away. The drive thru was ridiculously long but we had no issue grabbing our masks and going inside. We didn't have a long wait. We ordered two combo boxes with extra fries instead of slaw. The fries were hot and crispy at first but soggy and bland by the time we actually ate... absolutely no seasoning at all. I didn't eat my chicken until the next morning, along with a waffle in the hotel. It was very juicy and flavorful. The Cane's sauce is better than other fry or secret sauces that I have tried (except for that one location that's closed on Sundays).
