I came here again, my second time. The first time a lovely lady greeted me and helped me choose my pizza just as I wanted. I like pan pizzas. I got a lovely pan veggie xl pizza with bacon added as my protein. This time, a rude lady took care of me. I'm not going to judge her for her tattoos because I could care less about that, but she's that woman with a ton of them and dreads. I told her I wanted all vegetables with bacon when she told me she had a one topping pizza for 9.99. She proceeded to order. I paid. I ended up with the No Brainer pizza. I told her I didn't want this one. It's missing banana peppers, olives, spinach and tomatoes. She said, you ordered the No Brainer. Heck, how would I know what the No Brainer has. Right!! I never chose that one. I said, "I didn't." She said to the coworker, "She just made that up" in front of three customers. I couldn't believe her audacity. I told her, "I didn't make that up; I know what I ordered." This rude lady didn't even bother asking me what type of pizza crust I wanted. She picked for me. She gave me the thin bread. I like hand tossed because there is more room for tomato sauce. She doesn't even care on making sure she goes through the order clearly with her customers to understand them because she clearly did not get the order right and when confronted, she was not nice. The pizza itself was extra dry. If it had tomato sauce, it had so little of it, but I strongly doubt it had very much. It was just awful. My pan pizza last time had more tomato sauce, of course. I don't like pizza that isn't spicy as well. I asked her for red pepper. She said she didn't have any. So, she got my order wrong. She didn't care about making that mistake. She blamed me and said I made it up. She gave me a nasty dry pizza with ingredient combinations I don't care for, and she isn't patient to understand and repeat the order to assure we get what we want not what she wants. She simply doesn't care. But she not only got my order wrong, she also chose the crust for me. Awful experience! I also went to wash my hands before I ate, and the restroom was disgusting. The entire experience was awful. I was mad because I had bragged to my daughter this was a good pizza place, but I am so regretful. I would never come back unless that lady doesn't work there anymore. I added a pic of the pizza without the cheese. You can see how dry this pizza was. I don't recommend this place, and if you try it, be. careful with this woman. Make sure you ask her to repeat the order and put in writing for you because she didn't even give me a receipt. Without a receipt, she could do whatever she wants on my order including giving me an old order and make up that I asked for that one as she likely did. I guarantee she gets many...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSTAY AWAY from this place. Total dump, in my opinion. I ordered food, it came an hour and 15 minutes later. I ordered a lemonade, and was randomly brought hawaiian punch. I politely told the driver I did not want punch, nor can drink it. I was annoyed, so I just said ok take it back and credit me - I don't want something for nothing but I don't want to pay for something I didn't ask for. Greg, the driver, refused. He also refused to call the restaurant himself and told me I had to call myself. Ok, fine. ANGELA, the person on the phone, was flat out terribly rude. Told me she couldn't credit me, and that they were too busy to call me for permission before substituting the drink order. Then she said "would you like a 1.50 credit"? I said yes, well you can just take the drink back too, I didn't order it. I told her she should probably call people before they change their orders without permission. She kept telling me how busy they were, so they didn't call. I tried to explain how doing that actually costs more time in the future. Anyway, she was so rude. Whomever owns this store needs to get their act together. If any of my employees ever spoke to me the way she did I'd fire them immediately. I ended up paying for the drink anyway because I don't like taking something for nothing and I'll simply never, ever order from this place again. Go elsewhere, there's pizza everywhere.
Also, how the heck are you supposed to eat a calzone without silverware? Gosh this place is so bad, I regret responding to their stupid newsletter they stuffed in our mailbox at work. Oh, and the food is 2...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI want to start by saying that Iām not an individual who writes reviews at all, but this occasion stuck out too much for me not to speak up. Stoners Pizza is one of my families favorite pizza places that we regularly look forward to a couple times a month. My wife and I ordered 12 cookies, an order of breadsticks and a XL pizza with different topping on both sides. When we arrived we were told that they were out of cookies (understandable, supply can run out) and was offered sweet sticks as a replacement. We didnāt want the sweet sticks, and when asking for a refund was told no manager was on site and it was not possible to get a refund so I either took the sweet sticks or get nothing for what I paid for. We waited another 15 or so minutes and got our food and thought we were set to go. Upon arriving home we saw that there were only 4 breadsticks that were all burnt and super tiny, barely filled up half the container. There are normally 6 to 8 large sticks and fill the entire container because of the thickness and size, so it was very underwhelming. Lastly, we open up our pizza box ready to dig into that, and there are chunks missing from the pizza and the topping are barely there. Not to mention the pizza was ice cold, and we didnāt wait around to eat it at all. We were highly disappointed with this and feel like we did not get the service or product...
