I visited recently with the intention of using my Kickinâ Chicken Points to pay for my meal. However, when I went to check out, I was told I had no points available. After my last visit about a month ago, I had over $580 in points tied to my debit card (see attached photos), and now theyâve mysteriously disappeared.
Itâs important to mention that these points were never linked to my phone number or email addressâonly to my debit card. Despite multiple employees asking me to write down my number so they could link it, it seems that step was never actually completed, so here we areâŚ.
When I explained the situation and how many points I had, the staff repeatedly asked for my phone number, which clearly wasnât going to help. I even showed them receipts proving the high point balance, but that didnât seem to matter.
Iâm leaving this review because I was asked to leave my contact info for a manager to follow up with me yesterdayâbut surprise, no one has reached out. So this review stays up until I hear back. Great way to treat a loyal customer whoâs spent a lot...
Read moreExtremely disappointing experience. I came in for a quick bite and drink, but Iâll never spend my money here again. The server, Maddie, took one look at my ID and claimed it was âflimsy,â then went to the back and told her manager our IDs looked fake. Whoâs out here making fake IDs just to eat at Kickinâ Chicken? Be serious. The manager did try to handle it, but even admitted Maddie was already in trouble, which makes you wonder why someone with a bad attitude and poor judgment is still serving customers. As a grown woman in my 30s, itâs wild to be treated like this by a child and someone who clearly lacks professionalism and possibly has an issue serving âcertain groupsâ of people. Kickenâ Chicken, do better. Your staff is a reflection of...
Read moreUgh. We were so excited a KC opened so close to our house. We have tried dining in, takeout and delivery at the Bees Ferry location multiple times. There has not been one time we were not disappointed. The kitchen messes up the instructions on orders most of the time. The chicken and fries is more often overcooked than not. Naked chicken is NOT naked- it has cayenne pepper in the seasoning. The acoustics in the restaurant are AWFUL- you have to yell across the table to have a conversation. It is beyond loud. The windows are always open even when it's 1,000 degrees outside. The hosts are snarky and rude. The experiences we had at the Sam Ritt location were almost always good. I hope they open...
