Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Chicago

If I could give negative stars, I would. Reminds me of the getto part of Chicago..... stood there for 5 min, cleared my throat and said "excuse me", employee saw me, I saw her and didn't bat an eye for another 5 min.... so I didn't get my drink from DD. Traveling, already behind didn't help. Short staffed????? But even the discount on the cigarettes, their add says 2.20 after 2 packs but got 1.20, because employees are not allowed to take down any advertising.... even if they don't honor the advertisement,...

Went through the drive thru and ordered a few things plus this turkey sausage wake up wrap. They said the food wasn’t ready so I had to park and wait. Waited about 7 minutes and then got home and this was my wrap. Why would you serve this to someone. The cheese is no longer cheese it’s completely burnt and gone and the tortilla is hard as a brick, almost like a chip now. So...

My coffee was not as good as everyone hyped it up to be, it didn’t taste like what I ordered and it had basically no flavor, the person working at the time didn’t seem like they even knew anything about coffee and didn’t answer the questions with the right answers.
