So I am giving this place a one star because literally the past two orders I have done from there have been messed up. The first I did a mobile for a coffee and a pastry and hasbrowns. I got the coffee and the hasbrowns in the drive thru, but as I went to pull off I realized they forgot the pastry. No big deal, I can go in and grab it real quick. Well I go in and the staff give me attitude like I didn't do my job right. The coffee was terrible that day as well, it was very watered down. So I sent in a feedback and the owner responded and asked if they could fix it by giving me a free drink and pastry to make up for what they messed up. Well today I was going to use that but couldn't find the email and didn't have the time to dig for it, but I decided I'd do another mobile order and get a drink and sandwich. I order on the app and pull up to the drive thru and sit there for a few moments waiting on them to say good morning, or whatever they normally do when a car pulls up, and nothing. So I say hello? No response, so I pull forwards and look inside to see if the lights are on. It looks like they are on so I go to walk inside and doors are locked. This place is terrible and for the amount of business it does, it's on the Naval base and has students running through it nonstop, so for the amount of money it generates they really should have better staff to support the amount of business...

While I understand this Dunkin is on base and the volume of customers is higher than normal, good lord these employees are in over their heads. The drive thru is rarely ever open and when you order inside (on the ridiculous kiosk) it takes anywhere from 25-30 minutes to get your order. It’s time to shut this place down and add a 7Brew or Starbucks because if 3 employees can’t handle a high volume of orders and don’t even physically take orders because of the kiosk, it’s time...

Place is a mess. The NEX doesn't care. Your best bet is to use the drive thru but it's not worth the money. Inside they now make you order only on a app or by tuch screen. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I would rather drive off base and go to the DD at the corner of Green Bay Rd and MLK. If it wasn't for the fact Sailor's have no way off base this place would go out...
