I came to Chicago to attend my brother’s graduation so this place was next to the hotel we’re staying at. We walked in and since there was no one in sight we sat ourselves. We waited 10 minutes till our waitress came to greet us. She was very rude and seem unpleasant with everyone’s presence. When taking our order, she was impatient with questions and unprofessional. I tried to be polite the whole time but she seem like she was high on something. I find it quite ironic that the place was as big as a hotel plaza however it was obvious that they don’t have much business. There was only one waitress and she was the bartender as well and I saw one cook which is crazy amount of employee for a restaurant as big as this one. Read moreI recently celebrated a joint birthday party with my twin at Flanagan’s, and it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Jeff, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcome. The atmosphere was perfect — lively, comfortable, and just the right vibe for a birthday bash. The drinks were fantastic, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about them.

Read moreVisited on a Thursday evening. This place really needs to hire a cook. Service was great. Menu is typical bar food. Food quality was very bad. Hamburger was cooked internally as requested but burned on the outside. (Really badly charred...) Onion soup was embarrassingly bad. It had some kind of croutons on top, and the onions were very badly over-cooked (mushy- yuk!). I sipped the broth and left the rest. The ribs were tough and in need of a longer slower cook time. The Greek gyro salad was ok- meat was burned. Pita tasted like old rancid cooking oil. Tziziki was good. Very small selection of draft beer. Maybe it’s been a long time since I had Bud on tap, but it was bitter. If you’re in town for a Navy graduation,...
