McDonald's — Restaurant in North Chicago

Also a one-star review for the McDonalds customer service website, which locked up. Ordered two things off the breakfast value menu sausage biscuit and sausage burrito. Did not see "spicy salsa" listed in the burrito until it shows up in the order window after ordering. Ask at the window for the burrito to have no spicy sausage ("OK"). When he opened the window, I got a contact high. I have not smelled a stronger smell of weed since a Phish concert. (not opposed, just don't do it at work if you are going to F up people's orders). Got home and it was a sausage English muffin and there was salsa in the burrito and surprisingly no receipt. At least he had moments of clarity in his workplace high to not include a receipt. Also, (again) the McD customer service website sucks and locked up when trying to go the official feedback route. Maybe whoever the franchise owner is can show up some morning...

The food seems ok but this place is absolutely slammed during lunch time. The staff seem like they hate their lives although understandably so. However they have managed to screw up my order. I received iced tea instead of iced coffee the employee helping me with this order was not good at their job and seemed to have trouble following even the simplest tasks. As many others here seem to exhibit. Not judging people just the service to give an honest review. This location is inside great lakes naval base so if you are visiting you may want to go off base to eat. It can be a pain what with security and all but if you've got time to spare you'd probably be doing...

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 15 people in line and 1 person taking orders. Took 35 minutes to just order the food. After ordering another 15 minutes to make 5 sandwiches, no special order just regular breakfast sandwiches. Order take must not have heard about the drinks because we only got 1 out of 3, looked at receipt didn't get charged for the other drinks. I want going to wait in line for another 30 minutes for 2 drinks. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Really sucks because it's on...
