Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Chicago

This is by far one of the worse taco bells I have ever eaten at. 75% of the time, they get my order wrong either through the drive thru, in store, or online. I for some odd reason seem to be missing one of my items and have a supreme taco in its place. This food is also put together poorly compare to others. The service is slow and not so hospitable. Recently I made an order on my app for pick up in the drive thru and was told after I arrived at the window that it had been changed to in store. Instead of handing my food there however, they made me park to go in. Do not choose this taco bell. There are plenty of other restaurants...

Ivonne V was quite unfriendly and showed a good amount of attitude for no real reason. My order was heard wrong at the a speaker, so I simply stated that one combo needed changed. I was met with a scoff, and annoyance. Then again more simple disrespect and annoyance when asking for a bit more sauce. This would make sense if I was rude, but we were minding our manners, saying please and thank you, and not being rude at all. Hopefully it was just a bad day she was having and this isn’t her normal attitude...

As always it was speedy, delicious, and within our budget! Our favorite place to go anyways, bit I was pleasantly surprised to see new items added to the menu today and absolutely tried the new Chicken sandwich taco-if you haven't, you absolutely need to! I got 1 of both regular and spicy as well as a medium Baja blast (happy hour so it was $1), and the kiddos got cheesy roll ups as it's their favorites and some strawberry lemonade slushes for $1 also!
