Dunkin' — Restaurant in North College Hill

No one day should start like this, but it did. First, as a community, we were happy to have a Dunkin. This morning, I came to Dunkin and it started with making my order. The young lady that was taken the orders was ok until she messed up taken my order and I had to repeat a few times my order. This is when things changed. She had the worst attitude. I finished the order and waited in a long line. I finally got to the window. She gives me the wrong price. I said I thought my price was different. She said, no its this. I gave her my card to pay and she gave me my receipt. My daughter went of it. Meanwhile, she started given me our stuff. Now, I go there just about everyday and for some reason I say no whip cream and they give me whip cream and when I mention it, its a problem. So I was told to pull around. I did and my daughter said, they gave me the wrong size, that's why the price went up. I gave her my card and receipt to have it fixed. My daughter walks in to the store with a longer line to here the Manager talking about us to the staff and customers on how we held up the line and he went on and on. My daughter said, I'm from the car you talking to everyone about. She told him the problem and he said, I made your drink you should be happy for the size you got and practically threw her drink in her hand. Now I know there can be some difficulties working with the public, but I laugh with them all the time. From my business background, I would retrain the staff when it comes to entering orders and the manager needs to be fired. Our community...

It’s refreshing to see a staff that truly cares about customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure every order is right and served with a smile.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Location

The service at this location has become unacceptable. The morning crew is great, however, I’ve consistently experienced rude and disrespectful behavior from a male employee working the drive-thru in the afternoons. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated so poorly, especially when other nearby locations like Winton and Colerain maintain respectful and professional staff.

Even won free coffee daily, and it is not worth the rude treatment and unnecessary hassle. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect to be treated with basic courtesy...
