Subway — Restaurant in North Fayette Township

I came to this store expecting to use a coupon - two 12” subs for $12.99. I immediately noticed a sign that read “we do not accept coupons at this location”. I was disappointed but ordered anyway because I was already there and I was hungry. Two 12” subs and two cookies later - $33.13! I did NOT order the full meal with drinks. In the moment I didn’t say anything because there were customers waiting behind me, but after stewing on this for a couple days, I suspect fraud. How does that math compute when the 12” subs are listed on the menu board for under $10? I tried to call the store for an explanation but of course no one answered the phone and the voice mailbox is full. Again, to me this is beyond poor customer service. I love subway let me start by saying! This one is in my home town and I haven’t honestly been there in a minute. You walk in to a man that does not say hello. Then you order and you forget to specify on size so he makes a FL automatically starts to make the second sandwich as I realize all the veggies didn’t look to appetizing. Asian lady with short hair is extremely rude and very argumentative. Terrible for the business. Will never go back here. I ordered something online (it’s the only thing I ever get at subway) and I went to pick it up and she argued with me that flatbreads don’t come in a footlong. She handed me an 6in $13.00 sandwich. and I know she was incorrect and she began to get loud and screamed at me and I gave it right back to her and didn’t appreciate the disrespect.
