hands down the worst starbucks i’ve ever been too, just seems like there’s really no direction for the people working here, i ordered an ICED caramel macchiato and i noticed the employee wrote hot on the screen and i restated “the caramel macchiato is iced & not hot “ and he clarified to me that “yes i have that down” i pull up to window (ive been waiting for 20 minutes at this point) & i finally was given my order he attempts to hand me my order and i stated it was supposed to be iced, he pours the HOT COFFEE over ice & hands it to me & states that it’s stirred & im not kidding the kid gave me a whole cup of milk with no ice and a shot of espresso no pumps no nothing & i didn’t go back inside because the building was wrapped around & i already had him make it twice, ever attempt i try to come to this location it’s the same story, just hope it...

How about working it the old fashioned way when internet down?? Write order, make drink, accept payment, even if you go cash only. Also long line when I arrived one visit so I walked inside. Stood there forever to give my order. Finally the woman stopped working drive thru and took my order. 2nd lady was making drinks. Finally a 3rd person walked out and said something to cashier. Then he walked away into another room, where he had been previously. All hands on deck when busy?? But 2 people aren't enough for a busy location. 3rd is I wish you would have built a little farther east near Publix, where I'm sure a lot of your customers come from. Read moreI really dislike giving bad reviews, but I have to be honest—I've tried this place more than once. On Monday, I was really excited to grab coffee on my way to a friend's house. I don’t do this often, so it felt like a special treat. With my little ones with me, the drive-thru was my only option. As soon as the barista handed me my cup, I could tell it was wrong, so I asked them to remake it. Unfortunately, I ended up getting the same cup back. At that point, I was so frustrated that I parked and took it inside, even though I didn’t even want the coffee anymore—just a refund.
