Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Overall, the pizza did taste OK, so that is the reason for one "star". The person that delivered was very professional and was very nice, so that is the reason for the second "star". However, the person taking my order did not seem to know what he was doing. I told him my name, my order, etc. All was going OK; he then asked for billing information, and I told him I was using my father's debit card. He put me on hold for a few minutes, and he said he couldn't do it because the name had to match up. I said, "OK, change the order name to my father's name, _." He put me on hold again, and came back on to say he couldn't do it. I asked why, and he put me on hold AGAIN. Then someone else picked up the phone, I guess the assistant manager. She explained the situation, and for some reason they thought I was using a "company card". The assistant manager was nice, but she seemed as confused as I was. She eventually put me on hold, and the general manager picked up the phone. She was very rude and condescending in her tone. She basically said, "If the name on the card does NOT match up with the name on the ID of whoever answers the door, my driver WILL turn around!" I said, "The person who is BUYING this food WILL be the person who answers the door. Their names WILL MATCH up." She said OK, and then I hung up the phone. The delivery person got here and asked if my father's name was "Denise Denise". For whatever reason, they didn't even have the correct name! Finally he signed for it, and we got our pizzas. Unsurprisingly, my pizza wasn't even fully correct! Overall, I am not happy with how they did business. It is one thing to have a misunderstanding, but another to talk down...

If I could give - stars I would . Tried to order on the app but it was not working . So I called waited on the phone for 10 min to be hung up on , called back waited again only to get the rudest woman taking our order . Hung up as soon as order was done as I was tryouts my to ask her a question . Had to call back only to get the same rude response . We were having a get together n ordered 5 pizzas- was inquiring about delivery time and was going to pick up so it was quicker, but she informed me we would have to do the payment over when we came . Which would have been fine but my father was buying n I was going to pick it up . So I told her we would just have delivery . She said it would be an hour - hour n a half . An hour n 45 min later I called to see where it was n got the same rude woman . When the driver finally showed up he was nice , but informed us that it was the manager we were talking to the whole time . Also he said he never had to do it before but wanted a few forms of I'd before he would give us our pizzas . Like we had a stolen credit card or something. He apologized. We have never had such RUDE customer service . Always ordered from this store . We will defiantly NEVER USE PAPA Johns again !!...

Worst experience ever. Do not order from here, you will not get your pizza. My wait was 2 plus hours long. The delivery driver calls to confirm the building then after 20minute I call back no answer.

When you call the store the employees are rude and would not give an update and just said it will be there, that’s it.

Alyssa, supposed to be the manager was not helpful at all. Had to call back 2 times after waiting for dinner for 2.5hours. The excuse at first, the driver couldn’t find the entrance where there is an attendant 24hrs a day. He could have called, especially when he called 5 minutes before to confirm.

Then supposedly his car broke down after saying my pizza will be here after the 3rd call. By the end they couldn’t keep their excuses straight.
