Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Haven

Darius, the individual who took my order, was horrendously rude. I ordered a coffee with almond milk which they charge extra for. I received my coffee opened it up and it barely had any almond milk. Normally this isnt a big deal at all dunkin because i politely ask if they can add a little more but darius said he has to charge me again for him to put some more. I argued that i already had paid for him to add almondmilk and he refused. Wanting to get back on the road again, i told him i would pay AGAIN but i would like to pour my own almond milk to make sure im satisfied. He agreed i paid, he brought milk over, i tried to take it to pour and he started yanking it and threatened to hit me if i tried to take the almond milk from him. Not the fault of the company, but this is another Dunkin Donuts squeezed into a well traveled, but tiny facility. It's hard to even stand in line in these places now, the traffic flow inside is really bad. They line up the counters from the "All Stop" convenience place, to the Dunkin Donuts to the Subway in a tiny long row. So you are dancing with everyone who really just came in to use the ( too few) public bathrooms at the very end of the long narrow row. Bad design by the people who just re designed and renovated all the stop areas on the Merrit Parkway. To my delight and surprise I had good service yesterday. I usually avoid this place except for bathroom visits but my urge for a cup of coffee made me make a stop. To my surprise, the lady behind the desk, was very friendly, filled my cup to the top and offered me freshly baked donuts. When I "fell" for her sale pitch and bought a few, she gave me some extra.
