The Paper Store — Local services in North Haven

Unfortunately, my review has to be one star because I was rushing to get there after work on Wednesday night and I got there. Exactly 4 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, when I went to pull the door open, it was already locked so with disgust I walked back to my truck and decided to latch Ditch effort call the store saying I had just two minutes before they closed at that point and the person who picked up said they’re closed and I said I thought they were open till eight and she said well we’re closed now it’s just 8 o’clock and I said you still have two minutes. She said that she close the door is exactly 8 o’clock and there’s no opportunity to get any shopping done. I understand everybody wants to go home at the end of shift, but if you know that you closed the doors before the shift ended and you see it effects other people negatively I wish she would do the right thing and apologize for closing early and inconveniencing a paying customer just to try and make yourself not at fault. For the second time in a month, I received Hallmark coupons via email, a free card or a cash reward. Both times I tried to use them, I was told I had to redeem them. In order to do that you need two hallmark accounts; one for crown rewards and one for hallmark. Well, you Sent me an email, I must have those accounts yet I couldn't use any of the coupons. The worst part is the condescending cashier who, when I complained about it being so complicated, said "well, I didn't design the app". Really? That's a surprise. Please remember tht some of us didn't grow up with apps. Some of us can actually make change without a cash register that does the math for you. She needs a sensitivity course for dealing with...
