Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Haven

Worst service ever! Placed an online order to this location and when I arrived there was no one at the counter. There was a long line and according to the gas and subway clerk the dunkin employee was no where to be found. The gas clerk mentioned that we could buy coffee from her and I told her I had an online order. She checked the screen for my name and said "yes, I see it but I don't know where this guy went". Waited 20 minutes for the employee to come out and "say we are closed"! I tried to explain how I had been waiting 20 min for an online order and all he kept repeating was "we are closed". This dunkin at route 15 needs alot of help. I commute from mass to ny and most times try to avoid this dd. Barely any donuts. Untrained employees. I ordered mocha latte and ended up getting more of machiato type of expresso.WAY too much foam. Employee angele/angeles a brown face girl in the morning told me the machime needing to be cleaned is the reason my coffee came out so and she had no time to clean! Disgusting!! I wanted my refund. TERRIBLE! No one in the front of the store for over 5 minutes. A line of customers, called to employees, no response. Several customers left the store.
