Brew Brothers — Restaurant in North Kansas City

Went for lunch with my husband, only three other tables were filled at the time. Service was very poor and slow. We got our drinks fairly quick but every else took ages. We never got a refill and my husband's tea was empty long before he got his food. When our food did arrive, we were asked if we needed anything, I asked for a sauce. The sauce never came... Until roughly 20-30 minutes later and we had already ate our food by then and just said we wanted our check. As soon as we were given our check, we gave our card to the waitress and she disappeared for a while. The cash register was unattended during this time and we watched our waitress walk to the back of the restaurant multiple times seemingly doing nothing. We finally flagged down another waitress and said we wanted to be able to pay and leave noting that the other waitress was just holding onto our card. We finally got out of there nearly 10-15 minutes after we tried to pay. We were celebrating our 5th anniversary over this weekend and this was by far one of the worst experiences at a restaurant we have had. I would highly recommend grabbing...

The worst lowest quality overpriced smallest portioned food you will ever attempt to eat. The servers are nice though. But the quiche for $8.99 was the grossest microwaved crumbley wet most disgusting quiche we have ever had in our lives. The free microwaved eggs at a hotel are better. The sausage breakfast burrito is also disgusting. It’s just like the one at McDonald’s for $2. Even the salsa packets taste weird. No joke the complimentary iced water on the counter tastes like cleaner and horrible tap water from an old dirty well. The coffee cake was also disgusting. So basically $40 for inedible crap. The quiche was 1/4 inch thick microwaved joke that they called a chefs special.lol. You would think a casino could afford some better quality products. The atmosphere, food and service of this place was absolutely amazing. Our server Sharon was 10/10. I don’t think having a better server would have been possible. Sharon was SO attentive, knowledgeable and kind! She gave us great suggestions for our drinks and food. The food was absolutely amazing. Specifically the Birria Quesadillas and the Blackberry Vanilla Old Fashioned were to die for!! We will absolutely coming back and we hope to see Sharon when we do!! Recommending Brew Brothers to...
