Don Tortaco Mexican Grill #11 — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Food order was WRONG all together. All the items ordered I believe were wrapped up in tortillas?? So very sloppy & we know we eat with our eyes. The gal taking my order was very stern about changing out a hard shell for soft tortilla There's no phone # for there or gas station. When calling other locations lips were sealed on how to contact. I asked if they are were run by the same person in corporate level, was told yes but "we don't talk to them" Super disheartening because this place is close, clean & hell... who doesn't LOVE tacos, burritos & nachos?? In a quandary about going back for redo because I wouldn't trust that the order would be compromised at any level. $33 was my total & order obviously didn't warrant napkins or cutlery. I've got a big mouth too. There are neighborhood spots around here that serve a delicious eye pleasing plates in their backyard. Look for the signs in your neighborhoods. Couldn't go wrong there. What a shame because being the new kid on the block with a favorite of most people you'd think that they would be trying to gather & retain customers from surrounding hood since 60% or better of folks use public transportation in our area. Hope this garners some positive changes. There's money to be made & these folks that live around here are loyal & decent. Looking out for each other no matter the race, economic background or sexual orientation. We respect each other. Respect us...

After an exhausting day my son and I went here for dinner I gave three orders 1 carne asada chimichanga my son said it was all right I also ordered two orders shrimp tacos which are not on the menu he charged me $8 each I opened it in the car and realized they put all for tacos in one container you couldn't tell one taco from the other it was a big mess with tons of lettuce on top it looked like more like a salad when I tried to get a taco out it was like the tortilla had been soaked in water and completely fell apart I went inside and showed the guy he said it's supposed to be like that then the cook came out took it away from me and threw it in the trash and made me more this time there was barely a Sprinkle of lettuce not like a taco should be I even had to pay a dollar for a little teeny container of pico de gallo this time he put three or four tiny pieces of shredded lettuce on top I can't believe it I haven't eaten these tacos yet I am into upset of a mood because what they put me through to get them. Would give 0 stars if I could. My husband and sons went in and got some tacos that came up to about $2 and some change. My husband gave the girl a five dollar bill and she gave him a few pennies. When he told her she owed him more money she called the police. He left without even getting his money back or the food he ordered because he didn’t want any problems with the police because who knows how that would’ve tirned out. Ridiculous!!!!!!
