I am writing to express my feedback regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment. While some aspects of the meal were enjoyable, I encountered a few challenges that I believe warrant your attention.
Upon requesting a swap from birria ramen to quesabirria due to the lack of flavor in the noodles, I was informed that the owner was out of town, and therefore, a food swap couldn't be accommodated. The response received suggested a lack of flexibility, as the employee mentioned that different people have different tastes. To illustrate, a comparison was made with a fast-food chain, which I believe might not be the most fitting analogy, as establishments like McDonald's are known for their willingness to address customer preferences.
Furthermore, when I requested the manager's information to discuss my concerns further, it was refused. I believe open communication with management is essential for addressing customer feedback effectively.
Additionally, I observed that the restaurant recently received a B grade, and I would like to bring attention to the importance of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest service, especially considering the impact on the overall dining experience.

Al solicitar cambiar el ramen de birria por quesabirria debido a la falta de sabor en los fideos, se me informó que el propietario estaba fuera de la ciudad y, por lo tanto, no se podía realizar el cambio. La respuesta recibida sugirió una falta de flexibilidad, ya que la empleada mencionó que las personas tienen diferentes gustos.
