In the 1980’s, José Martínez Domínguez gave his personal flavor to the preparation of his now famous charbroiled chicken , which, over the years, was fundamental for the creation of one of the best Mexican fast food restaurant’s chain with the most acceptance across the border.
With more than 30 years sharing his secret recipe, originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Fernando Montañez, son-in-law of José Martínez, had the vision to establish his Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the charbroiled chicken is the big star of its varied and delicious menu at El Pollo Mobile.
In 2010, El Pollo Mobile was officially opened with a food truck located in Arville and Sahara, conquering the good taste of its guests and positioning itself in the taste of its customers, that’s why, months later, a second location was opened in its current address on Smoke Ranch Rd.
Nowadays, El Pollo Mobile has 4 locations in Las Vegas, expanding quickly his quality and flavor in different parts of the city, always offering healthy and fresh products at an affordable price.

While i was waiting in line A customer wanted an exchange for a different type of pastry because the one given to him was too soggy and she refused to exchange it since he had already touched it??tf? Uhm okay after i went to order my chicken she said there's a 35 min wait?? okay.. its like that sometimes, so i just went ahead and ordered 4 tacos 2 asada and 2 pastor. After recieved all my tacos wrapped in foil in a bundle i asked if they could please separate them and she snatched it from the counter and tossed it to lady making the food and said " he wants them seperated" like if that was a crime or something SMH that woman must hate her job cuz she sure acts like it. Read moreThis Sunday we tried El Pollo Mobile for the first time and me and my family all got food poisoning. The only person that didn’t was my toddler because she did not eat the chicken rice and beans we all ate. That’s the only food in common we had in my household of 4 that all got food poisoning. The food was all good and the prices were fair but unfortunately we all got very sick the following morning. Not everyone recovers from food poisoning like us so please to whoever sees this review. Do better and make sure there is no food born illnesses being served at your restaurant next time you could poison an elderly, or a baby, or a pregnant woman and you may have a death...
