Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I've visited this Dunkin' here and there since Jan 2014. Since then, this location has been hit or miss with the service; however, I will say that majority of the time, the service and food quality are great! I didn't bother rating/commenting on here before since my visits were way too frequent and I didn't want to update my rating for every visit (just so I could provide the community with the most recent rating/review). But, due to my most recent visit, I wanted to finally post my review and provide comments. On 9 Jun 2023, my daughter and I stopped in sometime between 9:00 am - 9:30 am. This was by far the best visit I ever had to this Dunkin' restaurant, not only because I got to spend time with my daughter, but also due to the food/drink quality and overall service. Unfortunately, I didn't get to take a picture for validation purposes, but my bagel sandwich was so perfectly made (even all around the edges) and the hash browns were actually HOT (yes, I've received lukewarm-to-cold hash browns before). Also, I didn't obtain the names of the workers but the female cashier and person (male) prepping the food were outstanding - very friendly and attentive!! Thank you for the exceptional service and food quality...definitely something I enjoy having my daughter see as positive examples of customer service. Only minor thing about this restaurant is I'm not a fan of having tables available to eat at near bathrooms - the smell and sounds isn't appealing. Stopped in while traveling back home for a couple donuts. Megan was working the counter. There was a person in front of and behind me. Megan hollered out who needs sandwiches? When she looked at me for a response i told her i was just getting a couple donuts. She took the order of the guy behind me. The woman ahead of me got her order and left. I stood there and watched megan carry on a conversation with her co-worker, suck down a bottle of water and send text messages. She took my order when she was good and ready. Finally got back on the road and bit into a stale donut. I know Dunkin donuts has higher standards than this. What is happening? My uncle owned a Dunkin franchise and my father made the donuts. I worked graveyard shifts and never gave such half assed service. Corporate needs to whip this store into shape. I surely hope the others...

A tale of two visits. My first visit was late in the day. The guy at the counter was awesome. He made a fresh batch of coffee and his customer service was amazing. The next morning before I headed out I went in again. The woman at the counter wasn’t friendly, possibly due to the previous customer taking forever picking out his 2 dozen donuts, thus she threw mine in frosting side down :-/ then when my coffee came up I realized she got the size wrong. Took a sip and it was Luke warm. This place is a hit or miss. If you do go in, try to get the African-American guy. He rocks and does it with a great attitude.
