We brought a king size mattress 2weeks ago and got a great deal and delivery was on time but we’re both awfully disappointed in the bed and have not been comfortable in the bed and it’s the worst bed ever!! Tried turning it around in hopes it would be comfortable and still it’s very disappointing because when you lay on it...your body sinks down in the entire bed and no support on your body especially your back (feels as if it’s a used bed) and it’s difficult to get up out of the bed and being disabled this is even worser and trying to sleep in the bed is terrible 😞!! We’ve brought other beds and never had a problem in last 2 years and I just don’t understand what happened and were we given the wrong bed or used bed because we’ve never had issues like this when purchasing a New Bed!!!! Absolutely love this shop, the sales rep there is always so polite and courteous, he makes customer a priority, the place was just remodeled and you can tell! It’s gorgeous. Plus you CAN NOT beat their prices, they seem to always be having sales too. They offer military discount, first responders discount etc etc. Only place we will ever shop for our furniture, we have the first couch we purchased from them 8 years ago and it’s still as comfy as ever.
