Brand new place, only open a couple of weeks. So they're still working the kinks out, but overall quite good and looking to compete with the best of similar local pubs. We were going to try a couple of their breakfast options (most Vegas pubs serve breakfast 24/7). But due to a mistake in menu printing, that stuff was not available. We ended up with a Philly cheese steak, a burger and the chicken fried steak. All were delicious and the steak was a work of art. Unlike some places that have both a bar and dining room, there is no wall separating the two. So if people started smoking at the bar, you'd have to suffer with it in the restaurant, like Timbers. But today there were no smokers and the place smelled fine.

The place is new....so everything feels clean and fresh...even the bathrooms. The staff is friendly, Martè was awesome (sp?) and attentive and the food is delicious. Nice to have a new place that is in the neighborhood and having it be great quality and Smoke free is a bonus!

This place looks like it ls straight out Yellowstone Montana! Great vibes and a cool theme. The staff were great and the food was on point! Gotta try the Pork Belly bites, and the Philly Cheesesteak egg-rolls you won’t be disappointed.

Tucked away in one of Las Vegas’s scenic neighborhoods, Summit Tavern is the kind of local bar that feels like home the second you walk in. The vibe is chill, the drinks are cold, and the staff is truly top-tier — friendly, attentive, and always down for great conversation.

It’s not just a bar; it’s a neighborhood gathering spot where you can unwind after work, catch up with friends, or meet some of the coolest locals around. Whether you're sipping your go-to drink or trying something new from their rotating specials, you’ll feel like you’re part of the crew.

Summit Tavern nails that perfect balance: mountain charm meets Vegas spirit. Don’t be surprised if one visit turns into your new...

Normally I don’t give poor reviews however, the blatant disregard for our family was appalling. Walked in as a family of four and stood at the door for at least 5 minutes before being told to sit where we want. Once we sat, we watched as the dark haired waitress glanced at us several times as she assisted every single other table. Chatting, asking if they needed anything multiple times and not a word to us over the course of ten minutes we were there. We ultimately decided to walk out and not a word was spoken to us.

Although I’ve enjoyed food from here previously before, this unfortunately will make my decision to avoid this establishment...
