Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

1 star because I can't give zero. This was the first time in years we ordered from The Hut... We were disgusted previously... but so many years have past we decided to give them one more shot. My goodness what a mistake that was. This food... and I call it that just barely.... was so disappointing it was barely edible. The pasta sauce was gritty not creamy, and absolutely flavourless like eating flour paste. I had the baked cheesy pasta?? Could have fooled me. If there was cheese on top it was hardly noticeable and you certainly couldn't taste it. The cheese sticks were again flavourless. Greasy yes... but no flavour... not even salt. The pepperoni pizza was the worst I've ever had. Not sure who made this meal but maybe they just weren't trained correctly... or this is actually Pizza Huts standards... Either way... 1000% disgusting. We won't order again and we wouldn't recommend anyone else order either. If you do you're not only wasting money but you'll be throwing your order in the trash...

Would leave less stars if I could! This is the worst experience I have ever had! I normally order from Dominos but decided to try Pizza Hit as it is not our norm. I called at 2:10 and hung up at 2:12.... at 3:10... still no pizza so I called. The “manager” said the guy came and nobody was home.INCORRECT as my husband is sitting inside waiting and nobody rang the doorbell (yes my doorbell works... I checked!) when I informed the “manager” that we were here and waiting he said he would send the guy out again to redeliver. At 3:30 pm I call back very frustrated and the “manager” informs me the driver left again. However nothing shows up... later still my husband calls and the “manager” informs him he cancelled my order because I said one swear word when I was frustrated. Never ever again will I order from this establishment. Worst decision ever... should have stayed with Dominos ... I will be contacting corporate tomorrow about this horrible franchise. So much for pizza for lunch on...

I have always loved pizza huts bread sticks. I am 33 and have enjoyed them since i was a kid. I ordered at this location a few months ago and everything was exactly what i expected same old pizza same old bread sticks with sauce in a BOX! Lets face it when we order from pizza hut we all know what to expect. I just ordered fom here tonight and the pizza is totally diferent then i've ever had very little to no sauce and my breadsticks came cold in a bag? with out sauce? When i called back saying "can you call your guy back he hasn't left the gate yet and forgot my sauce " they said i had to order it extra and told me thats the way they have always come. I will only order from the one on durango from now on. I would have gladly paid the price had i know it was additional. Super disapointed since the only reason i ordered pizza hut was cause i was craving the bread sticks w/sauce . I should have lessened to my husband! He was right...
