Food is amazing but this review is simply based on the rude women running the counter/drive through. My husband and I eat here or pick up food at least 2 times a week.
Tonight we ordered through uber eats as we live across town closer to summerlin and our uber driver was told they could not give him grilled onions OR extra salsa in the bag which are free with your food order) because he was an uber driver. I called to ask them to put it in the bag and the rude women said its only for drive through or dine in guests 😂😂😂😂 not uber drivers.
WHY DOES IT MATTER WHOS PICKING UP THE FOOD. ONE WAY OR ANOTHER ITS BEING PAID FOR AND ACTUALLY IT COSTS MORE THROUGH UBER. they were also super rude to our delivery driver
LAUGHABLE THAT A RUDE EMPLOYEE NOT WANTING TO GIVE A SIDE OF FREE ONIONS and SALSA IS GOING TO COST YOU MONEY FROM MY FAMILY EVERY WEEK
asked to speak to a manager and was told shes “busy running the drive through” and cant get me one. as if that would stop me from asking to speak to one LOL i need to speak to an...
Read moreIf you’re ever at Tacos El Panzón, do yourself a favor and ask for Fernanda, she is truly the heart and soul of this place!
From the moment we walked in, Fernanda greeted us with the kind of warmth that made it feel like we were being welcomed into someone’s home. Her energy is vibrant, her smile is genuine, and she brings such a personal touch to the experience that you’ll remember her just as much as the food.
She took the time to explain the menu with passion, made thoughtful recommendations (the birria tacos were chef’s kiss), and checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shines through in every interaction.
It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal these days, but Fernanda absolutely nailed it. She’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back—not just for the tacos, but for the good vibes she brings to the table.
Five stars for Fernanda! She’s a gem, and Tacos El Panzón is lucky...
Read moreThis place is newly opened. Took them a while to open for business.
Let me start of with the positives. Friendly and helpful staff. The carne asada fries where the highlight of the visit. Nicely fried French fries and good toppings. The place was very clean.
Now the cons. The carne asada isn’t cooked Tj style in my opinion. Seems like it cooked on a flat top and not al carbon. They carne asada was flavorless and chewy also a big cold.
The inside of the restaurant is very warm. ( I understand it’s Las Vegas and it’s 113 outside)
The Al pastor had no real flavor and was extremely sweet and for some reason I tasted Tajin in it. Found that very odd.
The Birria tacos was okay it was a mid level taco
Cabeza taco was also about a 3 out of 5.
I know this location is new and working out the kinks. I look forward to seeing how they improve down the road. I’ll revisit in...
