I ordered 2 French stick combos and an egg croissant sandwich no meat no cheese. Get the receipt and they have an egg and cheese biscuit on it. Go to counter get an attitude from the employee saying the person who took the order told him. Get the order after a long wait. Check the sandwich and it’s an egg and cheese biscuit. I don’t have time to wait anymore so I ask for a refund they get the manager (Jennifer) and she says they can’t issue refund’s (ridiculous). I ask for contact number to corporate she prints a receipt and circles the number and gives me the name yolonda as a gm. I leave and noticed after I get to my destination that there is only one order of French toast sticks. So basically a bag with one order of French toast sticks and a lot of seasoned potatoes. I call number on receipt on it is the store (Jennifer)not a corporate number as I requested. I ask for corporate contact info she has no idea how to contact anyone(for a manager is either a lie or ridiculous training)But yolonda the gm will be in on Monday. Absolutely horrible customer service. First time getting Wendy’s breakfast thought we would give it a try, never again. Read moreI have an extremely bad experience every time we go to this location. The kids are to busy goofing around or flirting with each other that they cant even get your order right and sadly for what we now pay to eat the made without a care for u fast food u would think a supervisor or management would be there disciplining this behavior, but on my last visit the young lady that had to listen to a woman who was telling the sup she wants her food and her money back and wants it now. I went inside hoping it would be quicker well it backfired i was inside this store for an hour and it was the saddest moment witnessed short staffed i think, no one delegating some kind of order. It was pure chaos with a drive thru that was wrapped around the store. Now i know what its like to be short staffed but they need a lesson from in & out, & or canes, on how to manage crowd control instead of only serving the drive-thru until those waiting inside are ready to break out pitch forks and storm the castle. Lol. I spent $30.00 on that order and again it was disappointing and as long as i waited for my order my frosties shoudve not been melted, fries samwiches, and nuggets should've been hot and fresh. Read moreOrdered my food through drive thru and they told me to park on the side so they can bring it out when it's ready .. well 15 minutes went by and my food was still not ready so i drove back around to ask what happened with my order and if I can just get a refund so I can go else where .. so they called the manager and the lady gave me a ugly face and was pushing buttons all hard like she was pissed ..so the guy at the drive tru asked her if they ever got the order and she looked at him and yelled it's right there it's ready.. well who knows where it was cuz I never got it.. they obviously forgot about you order and she just didn't know what to say since I had already asked for a refund . Came back another time and these people gave me my burger with the chicken and lettuce hanging out the side of bread .frys were all nasty and old omg wft is wrong with them why did i even come back...
