I by mistake ordered my drink on the app for pickup at the store in north liberty when I wanted the one in Iowa city. I go there just about every morning before work. I called and asked them to cancel it and refund me but I was told they aren’t allowed to refund me and didn’t offer a credit for a drink. All I got was a be careful when picking your location next time. I’ve never heard of that anywhere. I emailed the customer experience email and received a very dry response back from their “president”. She refunded me but, no apology for the way that situation was extremely mishandled. No wonder the staff lacks good customer service with Tara Cronbaugh as their president . It was disappointing to say the least. I really like the staff at the Iowa city location but it’s not worth spending my money there just about every day if my business isn’t valued or...

Incredibly slow, expensive, and they screw up the order literally every time. Salads tend to look gross. Coffee, hot sandwiches, etc. are often cold before they're even put on the pickup counter. They don't pay attention to any extras you enter on the app so, if you order extra dressing for your salad or something like that, you won't get it. You will be charged for it though!

Also, the plastic to-go cups they use for cold drinks are incredibly flimsy. I had a creamy drink explode all over the inside of my car on a hot day because the cup split all the way down the middle when I (lightly!) pressed on the lid that the employees didn't bother to put on...

This establishment is a waste of money. They have changed there menu services times, decreasing the I gradients in each dish while increasing the cost. For example, they used to offer a Cobb salad, which included chicken. Now, if you want chicken they charge extra. I paid to add avocado and got one small slice. A small side salad, with NO protein is $13 which is outrageous given the lack of ingredients and portion. The staff is rude and rheu rarely have menu items in stock. I will not be returning to this place and suggest everyone else save their money and find a restaurant that's...
