I got there at 8:00 a.m. on a Tuesday The person at the register was counting the drawer to open up for the morning An hour after they were open I asked if somebody was going to wait on me The manager counting the drawer should somebody be with you in a minute In the meantime, three associates are in the back laughing, joking One of those people was the drive-thru attendant with the headset on Then a young lady came out of the back and joined in with the laughing and joking I asked if somebody was going to help me And the team leader, the young lady who came from the back got in on the laughing said I have to wait on her to count the drawer Once the manager finish counting the drawer, the team leader then had to recount the drawer So after 15 maybe 20 minutes. I finally got my order taken By then they had made my sandwiches and the team leader that took my order walked by my food that was sitting ready for be picked up and went to the back to talk to the manager The team leader then came out and went back to her register and I had to tell her that my sandwiches were ready She finally put them in a sack and just tossed him to me and said absolutely nothing to me

Read moreStopped in for lunch on a road trip with my husband and kids. Ordered on the mobile app and ate inside. Half way through my jr whopper I pulled a long hair out of my food/mouth. I went to the counter to let them know and had no intention of getting a replacement (lost my appetite at that point) and was surprised by the instant defensiveness and unprofessionalism by the man at the counter. In the middle of taking someone’s order he said “WHAT?? SOMETHING WRONG?!” To which I replied “yes, but I don’t need anything replaced, I just wanted you to be aware that there’s hair in the food”… he then stopped taking the other customers order and walked over to me and says “ain’t no body got hair that color here” and gave me an angry look and looked at my head (I am a dark brunette- the hair was light) and then says “so???…”. Read moreI give this location ZERO stars actually. Just attempted to dine in. Doors were locked at 945pm on a Saturday, October 20th, 2018.
So, I looked on Google Maps for the store hours since there are none posted at either door entering the restaurant. Maps has open until 11pm.
Therefore, I called this Burger King location to find out the hours. The woman answering said she locked the doors as a safety measure as she didn't feel "safe" with only 2 employees currently working there.
I've never heard of employees determining store hours on a regular day in a non-emergency situation. Also, I am not driving a car. I am a Professional Driver so myself using the drive thru is not an option.
Now, only if that employee would have been Professional and performed the job service she is PAID to do; feed hungry...
