Tip I was working in the same little shopping center as Subway so i placed my order online and walked down to get it. It was ready when I got there and there were 2 employees standing there talking. One of them handed me a cup and my meal and I turned to fill my drink cup. About that time I heard someone coughing like they were coughing up a lung. I turned to look to see if she was choking or just coughing. She was just coughing while she cleaned the glass and around the containers of toppings. Without a mask on or even covering her mouth with her hand!! She was damn sure old enough to know better. I stood there for a second wrestling with myself because I work for a food establishment also and do not like to cause a scene. I continues filling my cup up and she continued coughing non stop and finally I just couldn't take it any longer and I asked her if she was sick. And she said no it's just sinuses.i had already made up my mind there was no way I could eat that sandwich so I finished what I was doing grabbed bag and left. I know she made my sandwich spraying spittle all over my toppings, bread, meat etc. I went back into my place of business and threw the sandwich bag and all into the trash. Someone said aren't you going to eat that. I explained the story to them and they were like well maybe she didn't cough on it so I did try to take a bite but that's as far as I got. I couldn't get past the way she was coughing all over the glass and food. I threw away almost $18 worth of food. I decided to send an email in just asking Subway to train their employees to cover their mouths when they cough or to put a mask on. Never heard from anyone. I stopped at this Pilot to Fuel and decided to stop in at Subway. I was amazed with the Service I received. The young lady that was working was Denise. Everyone knows this Pilot is CRAZY BUSY. Denise was the only one working out front. Denise was so professional, sweet, kind. She didn't get flustered by the line of customers she had waiting. Denise was so proficient. I have never had service like this at this Pilot. I told her I was going to call and speak with her manager because she was amazing. Black girl with blonde hair behind the counter was extremely slow. Waited on the people in front of me then started my sandwich and moved on to the person in line behind me. There was anotheer person behind the counter but I guess she felt like she neede to waste a little more time before helping the other girl. One star cause I am not sure it's possi le to give none!
